Great stay! Room was very nice and modern with amazing views. Stunning and cozy lobby. Shower was not hot enough at times but that was the only slight negative!

The location of the property was excellent, you can enjoy full of glacier view from lobby or even your room.
Staff was responsive and always ready to assist when we needed something. Free drinks , cold-cut and cheese platters at evening was awesome.
The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking great experience of Glacier view and tours.

Very good view and staff service. Free coffee and comfortable bed. Only thing is the cafeteria is only opened until 6pm

This was the best hotel which we booked in our banff trip. The hotel was very new and clean as well as the best view with the glacier.

We stayed at the glacier view room and the view was really awesome. You can see the glacier right from the window. The room is clean and pretty spacious too. We love it!

It is indeed not easy to build a hotel in this location.
Downstairs is the entrance to the Columbia Plateau Adventure, so it's great for glacier activities.
I would like to make a special mention of the beef in the hotel restaurant. It was so delicious and the best I had during my entire stay in Banff.
Then there was a sudden power outage in the hotel at night, ahhhh. Of course, I got a call later, but the facilities were really average, so I gave this location a price of 3,000.

The location is very good, just opposite the glacier. You can buy tickets for snowmobiles downstairs. Hotel rooms are tight, so make sure to book in advance. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor

It is the only hotel near the glacier landscape. Of course, in addition to the unparalleled view, the service is also very good. There is a Western restaurant and a Starbucks in the hotel. We help with loading and unloading of luggage throughout the process. Thumbs up for the service👍
