Amazing experience!!! Excellent location. Very quiet area and at the same time convenient. Transport near by. In the hotel 24 hour convenience store. Greta gym, nice swimming pool and sauna, great breakfast and dinner! Totally recommend!!!

Good, clean, quiet ~

Booked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Central Park View was amazing, but room was not warm enough and 😱 previous guest’s smell (from specific region) ……

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

This was a great place to stay at while waiting for Covid test results when returning to China.

The quality and taste of Kimbapnara's breakfast is far more upscale and delicious. From now on, I'll never order breakfast again. Even if it were free, I wouldn't want to eat it!

I stayed here for a performance at Convensia. It was a two-minute walk away, so I was very satisfied with the location, service, facilities, and cleanliness. My parents also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Songdo, Incheon.
