Check-in was confusing because we did not know we would not be able to leave bags at the guesthouse before check-in time. Additionally, upon being called and told to message with questions due to the language barrier, no one responded to my text message or WhatsApp message. Airport shuttle was offered but it was done rather abruptly/brusquely. The towels on offer were hand towel-sized, not bath towels, so make sure you bring your own if needed. The upsides were that the place was spotless, had complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast included, and it was near many food places.

I used it for a morning flight and it was really comfortable. It was cold because it rained a lot at the time, but it was nice that the room was warm.
