We loved this lodge. It's clean and cozy. The lodge surroundings were beautiful. The room seemed to be updated recently. Double-hung windows, bottom-up top-down cellular shades, you won't see such touches on most accommodations. Check-in was easy. Check your email or text message one day before to get your assigned room and keypad access pin. Otherwise, you will be locked out. The owner also prepared some snacks and ear plugs (the lodge was on the main highway) in the room. A nice touch! We did have a problem. The power extension was broken. We had to switch the appliance's power cord back and forth to use the appliances we needed. The owner didn't respond to our text right away due to the messaging platform being down when we checked in.
