yes the beds where comfortable the rooms where nice the lady's at the front desk were very respectful an nice overall I'd give the facility a 8out of 10 score rating

Hotel was under construction and just not taken care of really well. Not to mention the breakfast on the weekend didn’t start until 7am so we were not able to use that service.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! Very run down... DIRTY. Cigarette burns in the linens... Had a weird guy that kept knocking on my door claiming to be maintenance, saying the front desk had a call about our fire alarm... NO, I did not call about a fire alarm! As a matter of fact, there weren't any sprinklers in the rooms which is against the law... This guy was VERY sketchy and had me feeling uneasy all night. If we didn't have some others we knew staying right down the hall, I would have packed up and left!! It was very loud all night long. People up and down the halls at all hours of the night. NEVER AGAIN! I will spend the extra $150 for a trusted hotel...

Hotel was run down and unsanitary. The smell of smoke and chemicals to cover up the smoke was unbearable. Hotel snd room were too unsanitary for us to stay in. We did not stay the night, and found something else

Property is in bad repair. Door to room had to be forced open. Exterior doors for side entrances did not work. Hallway had a bad odor. Internet failed to work. Had to connect to McD next door. Front desk clerk was rude and lacking knowledge how to do his job.

Everyone was very hospital, they attended too my every need and very grateful for my stay thank you for being so kind too a very sick person.

Not as advertised
I booked a two bed wheelchair accessible stay. It turned out to be only on one bed wheelchair accessible room. The service at the hotel told Dad, the money would be refunded. So far it has not been.

Will Not Be Going Back
Generally, my expectation of a room is that it be clean and functional. This room was clean, but the function was seriously lacking. The toilet seat was falling off and the shower was almost unusable. There was very little water or pressure coming out of the shower head and it was almost cold. I made the front desk aware, but they never sent anyone to take a look. I will not stay there again.
