I enjoyed my stay love to swim breakfast room was comfortable I will return

This "hotel" is basically a construction site. Nothing works. Questionable people hanging out. Some doors are vandalized. No hot water (lukewarm would be sugarcoating it), TVs don't work, vending machines don't work, no way to call reception, nowhere near anything comfortable even by minimum standards.

My room was absolutely horrible. From the time I walked down the hallway there was painting paper on the floor. I immediately complained. The receptionist said they gave me the room because they were booked… I booked 2 days in advance. When I walked in the room I was even more disappointed. There was a dirty face towel under the vanity mirror. There was a patched and poorly mudded hole near the vanity. When I went into the bathroom the toilet seat was up and there was a yellow urine ring inside. I lifted up the rest of the seat and there was urine on the seat. I looked in the tub and there were pieces of molded caulk in the tub as if someone had just scrubbed to remove it from around the tub. As I ventured into the room the computer chair was so badly destroyed, there was a hole/ chipped paint in the wall. The microwave was destroyed, the walls were filthy, and the fridge had leftover food pieces in the freezer part. We had little to no linens on the bed. Our room was just really disappointing and we want someone to just do the right thing and make it right.

It was a ok stay except for being woken up in the middle of the night by a another person next door by her slamming her door

The front desk was very rude. I was charged twice for a $50 deposit and only received $50 back. I never got my other $50. When asking why I never received it I was told it could take a few days... It's been weeks. Not clean at all. Crappy service and a crappy atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend. Ohh and the ice machine didn't work on any of the floors! Just a big waste of money. Better off sleeping in your car.

It has a few problems but the people are great and it has plenty of got water. The only downside was it didn't have any elevators. For a guys with bad knees the 2nd floor was a pain but well worth it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront. It's close to many attraction and eatery's.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no worst, only worse.

We were "accidentally booked" during a sex party. Yep, I mean mattresses out in the open courtyard. The manager tried to get us excited about it (which was weird, and unprofessional). On top of this we were asked to change rooms, water shut off for 3+ hours, TV didn't work, key cards didn't work. Was offered a discount and they gave us 10% plus and optional extra night LOL. Not super impressed by this spot tbh.

Avoid this hotel! It is dirty and nothing like the pictures online. Beware that if you put in the hotel in maps or for ride share (Lyft/uber) you will be dropped off 15 miles away at an unmarked motel. After finally getting to the correct place it felt like we walked into a 80s horror movie. We left after the first night despite having to pay for our entire stay and it was the best decision of our whole trip.

I’m not a picky person this place did good for my kids and I for the weekend. Pool and hot tub was awesome and clean! Breakfast could have more options like biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Tv didn’t work in the first room we were in so we got moved to a pool side room.

This place was condemned and closed last month and no one contacted me. I made reservations in February. We were on our way to the hotel when we found out it was permanently closed!!
