My experience was good, other than the tv not working it was a place to stay the price was the best part of the whole deal

My family had an exceptional stay at Baymont by Wyndham Northwest Indianapolis and would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service provided throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was swift and seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff, especially ”Suki” and another lady ”V' who greeted us warmly. Our room was not only comfortable but also was immaculately clean, showcasing their commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every corner of our room was spotless and inviting. The breakfast served exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It was a delightful way to start each day of our stay, and we appreciated the effort put into providing a satisfying meal. Parking was convenient and well-maintained, offering peace of mind knowing our vehicle was secure throughout our time there. The overall quality of amenities provided, from the bedding to the bathroom essentials, was top-notch, reflecting the hotel's dedication to guest comfort. Lastly, the check-out process was as smooth as our check-in, with the staff once again displaying professionalism and courtesy. When entering the property later at night (around 10pm) I wasn't greeted or anything, asked my name and for ID, given my rooms keys and nothing else (no information on breakfast, bar hours, fitness center or being a Marriott rewards memeber), she wasn't rude or anything but not your typical experience when staying at Marriott properties. My overall stay was fine as my room was nice, clean and a/c worked. Again upon checking out (11am), there wasn't an employee to be seen behind the counter as multiple people were now waiting for someone, a few housekeepers walked by and they didn't address us either, so I just left... Very interesting and uncharacteristic interactions or lack thereof with employees. Definitely made the stay less impressive and average

Best option in an okay city, staff save it though, Jeff Bobbitt and Faith are wonderful and will do anything for you! Staff for breakfast are great too! Food is okay, pretty great in comparison for platinum options. Our team has spent the better part of 2 years in and out of this hotel and they keep us coming back.

The front best person is very helpful she had a good customer service she told me her name was Julie they have free breakfast in the mornings the room for very nice and clean the hotel is being remodeled it's very nice they're very friendly I attitude three nights stay here so far the service is very nice

This is a business hotel. The surrounding environment is excellent. Go out in the morning and evening to exercise. There are large supermarkets and many restaurants not far from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is buffet style, the waiters are very responsible, and the style of breakfast is very suitable for Asian appetites. The Indian boss is very enthusiastic and willing to help the guests as much as he can, thank him. Next time I go to Indiana, I will stay here again.
