There will be a charge of $150 per day for pool heating. Pool heating will begin at 3:00 pm .If you have made these arrangements in advance, the pool temperature will be set about 85 degree. Jacuzzi temperature is controlled manually by the host, feel free to contact host for jacuzzi temperature changes. ( No charge ) Pool and jacuzzi lights as well as jacuzzi jets are controlled by guests. ***ALL CHILDREN AGES 0-16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT DURING POOL USE, AND AROUND POOL & SPA ***. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Upon booking the reservation, a security deposit of $1000 will be charged onto the credit/debit card. Damage to the property, items in and/or around the premises and or furnishings will result in deductions from the deposit. *Excess cleaning required will result in deductions from the deposit. BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure. Please make sure to check for all belongings before check out. NO PET(S) Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED. Please inform any guest(s) visiting you at this property or staying with you. A refund for your stay will not be issued and any deposit will not be refunded. There will be a fine of $500 if a pet is seen on the premise. LAKE: No person shall be in the lake at any time. No renters/guests are allowed to use any water craft in the lake. Any renters/guests observed in the lake or using the lake will be asked to leave the area and automatically be evicted and no refund will be issued. •Catch and release fishing is permitted in the lake. •NO DRUGS ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES • Failure to follow this will result in an immediate eviction without prior notice and forfeiture of all prepaid rent and deposits. No smoking is allowed inside the house, there will be a $500 charge for smoking inside. NO PARKING ON THE STREET YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING VIOLATION OF $450 EACH CAR THAT IS PARKED ON THE STREET NO COMMERCIAL CARS ARE ALLOWED( VAN, TRUCK WITHOUT SIDE WINDOWS OR ANY COMPANY NAME WRITING ON THE CARS) Guest access: Guests can self check-in.
