We recently stayed at Playotel Premier in Vijay Nagar, and it turned out to be one of the most delightful and comfortable hotel experiences we have had. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean . From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff was polite , professional and genuinely courteous .A special mention goes to Ms Khushi , front desk ,who went the extra mile by making special arrangements to celebrate the wedding anniversary of one of the couples accompanying us, including thoughtful room decoration and preparations, which made the occasion even more memorable and special for them. Such gestures reflect the genuine care and attention the hotel staff puts into guest experiences. The food was another highlight — the menu offered a rich and diverse selection, and every dish we tried was delicious and freshly prepared. The location of the hotel is peaceful and slightly away from All the city's hustle, yet conveniently close to key attractions .
