The palace is truly palatial..great feeling to stay ......nestled in a quiet corner near the bypass..it offers close by attractions fot shoppers. The hotel flaunts about 115 rooms with leadership of Vineet ably..Soumi...at reception..Shimpi of guest relationship..All very effective with able leadership of Mr Neil James... The restaurant is currently under renovation..but breakfast was OK..loved the cucumber juice and the variety in the buffet. Garden..plunge pool..decor around is mesmerizing. The welcome ritual with a necklace is unique..loved it. Rooms are beautifully set up..great provision of Toileteries..safe in the room No hot tubs..steam..sauna and the star I felt withhold. If visiting again I'll still choose this property.

One of the most comfortable and luxurious properties for stay across Indore. A must visit for any reason whether business / family / friends. A special shout out to F&B staff Wamique Hussain , Sajan Rajak , Snigdha Mondal and Tanishq for excellent hospitality and care. It is a full veg hotel with umpteen number of options for food. A great spa but a very bad gym with no equipments. Great for hosting weddings and functions. They have a beautiful banquet hall. Catering is truly world class.

I ***** with my husband part of our 2 jyotilinga and the spiritual 15 days of journey and probably 12 flights and other 5star hotels from Mumbai,varansi,Lucknow,Tirupati,indore and Hyderabad hotels Sheraton grand hotel hospitality and bed and comfort is exceptional and make memorable trip because of wonderful staff . Special thanks to Sri harichandan mohanty from restaurant with taking care of our need and I noticed that he is very good with his job that notice every detail and customers need and fulfill with his wonderful staff .All the staff from reception to restaurant and cleaning they are amazing.Thank you each and everyone giving us amazing hospitality and feels like home .From uk to all this places we visited at this hotel my aIl tiredness disappeared.recently stayed at your hotel in Mumbai ,Varanasi,indore,Tirupati,Lucknow,Rishikesh and Hyderabad and all 5 star hotels but Indore Shareton palace hotel stay was exceptional experience.and wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff. The warm welcome, attentive hospitality, and seamless experience made my stay memorable.just one thing I think all hotels should do is welcome drink because that is our tradition that if someone comes to our house we offer them drinks first because when we went to Bali , Thiland and Mauritius they all Offers welcome drinks or ice cream even one and only in Montenegro offers welcome drinks and when you leave they give cookies for journey. I hope we keep our traditions and offer welcome drinks.I strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and we are planning to come next year for weekend enjoy this hotel. It would be great if they provide indore city transfer complimentary or price for hiring transport to experience city.
