The Park Indore

I do not think it should be a 5 star, barely a 4 star in my experience. The hotel do not posses basic 5 start capabilities, though its clean but very compact.

Service poor bathroom not makeup after clean Landry over charge drain water bathroom broken there nothing near by hotel

Very unethical hotel . They will cancel your booking without telling you at the nth hour . This is actually not expected from a brand like this but my experience has been tereible . I had booked the hotel two months the ago . On the day i had to check in because there was a concert near to their location they register to honor their booking as they wanted to sell their rooms at a much much higher rate .

It was a wonderful stay. Satish and harpreet greeted us very well and all the staff are well dressed and polite.

Neat, clean & bright rooms. Quick - courteous service. Excellent breakfast buffet. They opened the gym for me earlier on request.

Had an excellent stay at the park Indore! The best part in spite of the great food and great rooms was the hospitality! Many thanks to everyone esp Shreya at the restaurant for going out of her way to feed us :) ..and Sathish for making our stay memorable.

We stayed at the park very much comfortable and the aqua at t floor was amazing in evening we sit with our family had some amazing drinks Thanks Harpreet for amazing services and Lalit helping with luggage assistance Housekeeping were extremely helpful
