Hrj Sarovar Portico Indore

Overall a good stay.. but trips.com should discuss with property management on room types availablility , since we blocked room with extra beds and hotel was denying to provide the same. After having 30 minutes argument , hotel agreed to provide extra bedding complimentary. Plus the glasses provided inside the rooms were not clean and bedsheets and pillow covers were also having stains. Food quality and pricing was good and we liked the food. Service staff was available to provide the services at their best.

The front *** in the early morning was very nice and helpful. The bellboy as well very enthusiastic to help carrying the luggages everytime. The room was pretty okay but it is a little old. Love the interior design overall.

My stay at HRJ Sarovar Portico had a really welcoming vibe (had a bit of communication error from one of the Front desk staff, the FOM Mr. Kapil intervene and fix it), brekfast at the restaurant was delicious. The location is super convenient for getting around the city without any hassle. On the downside, the rooms felt a bit tired and could definitely use some modern upkeep.

The location was good, especially if catching the bus from Bhopal, but be careful trying to cross the street nearby. A good Indian Coffee House is very close by and worth a visit. Room was clean, the TV eventually worked and has a couple of English channels. Large glass bottles of water were appreciated. A couple of minor points - the hotel strongly promotes its green credentials but regularly gives people waiting in the lobby the tiniest plastic bottles of water!! And I don't think anyone has read the room service menu which jumps between translations and ingredients in English and Hebrew and at times a menu item has both langues interchangeable.

Very nicely located hotel. Breakfast is good enough. Staffs are very helpful. They provide all services a 4 star hotel usually does.

This was rubbish hotel ever I stay in last few years . They charged me a price of 5 star hotel and the hotel was like 3rd class hotel . Very very bad experience with this hotel . Here I have shared one wash besin photo from this photo you can understand what kind of this hotel . There was no shower fell in the bathroom no towels very bad smell

Hotel mentioned1 double bed and 1 king bed but instead of king they provided extra bed

The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent amenities. The staff were courteous, professional, and provided prompt service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The only drawback was the location, which was slightly less convenient for commuting. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend it, especially for couples or family travelers.

Great hotel. Service could have been better - staff disturbed at 11.30pm asking whether I needed water which was weird. Facility was excellent although wifi was slightly weak in the bed side of the room - had full bars otherwise in other areas of the room. Food and amenities are very overpriced.
