"This is a newly opened hotel in Pazhou, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. The overall British-style decor is quite unique for Guangzhou, which I really loved. You can even get a great photo with the Canton Tower in the background – the view is amazing! And the buffet breakfast here was absolutely fantastic. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room, making it perfect for business travelers or couples. The room was clean, and the toiletries and drinking cups felt really high-end. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area."

Watching the sunset slowly dip below the horizon, and the city lights gradually twinkle to life like stars, eventually merging into a dazzling galaxy – it was a moment of immense healing and breathtaking beauty. A true hidden gem of a hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend!"

"I visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄."

Located just a 15-minute drive from the Guangzhou South High-Speed Railway Station, the resort offers both convenience and tranquility—a rare combination in the city. Nestled beside a beautiful mountain, the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing, with breathtaking views that invite you to unwind or even go hiking right from the property. The minimalistic interior design perfectly balances modern elegance and comfort, creating a calming space that instantly puts you at ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor bathtub in our room, which provided the most relaxing experience under the stars. The resort’s pool is also wonderful—spacious, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. Dining was another memorable part of the experience. I tried both the Chinese restaurant and the Western dining options, and both exceeded expectations in taste and presentation. Every dish was beautifully crafted and full of flavor. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Guangzhou!"

"This isn't my first visit, and if you're looking for a staycation spot in downtown Guangzhou that offers a genuine escape from the hustle and bustle, Mingquanju would be my absolute first choice. In terms of location and ambiance, nestled at the foot of Baiyun Mountain, right next to the Botanical Garden and by Jinzhong Lake, it offers endless lush greenery. There's none of the cramped feeling you'd find in the city; it's truly comfortable and serene. As for facilities, the stunning outdoor infinity pool truly makes you feel connected to the beautiful surroundings; the moment you dip in, all your fatigue simply melts away. The hotel also boasts indoor tennis courts, a table tennis room, and billiard tables. Families can enjoy a mini-train ride around the grounds. Dining options include a bar, a buffet restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and sometimes outdoor BBQ in the evenings – all of excellent quality. You could easily spend two or three days here without needing to step outside. Service is equally outstanding. From the duty manager to the service staff, everyone exemplifies the high standards of a luxury hotel. I highly recommend seeking out Ms. Hope; she's incredibly nice and super-responsive to any service request. The turn-down service is also a very thoughtful touch. If you're planning a staycation in Guangzhou, this place is absolutely worth a visit!"

"Staying at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our butler, Zero. He contacted us a day in advance and paid attention to every detail, making us feel truly valued. His professionalism and warmth made for an excellent stay! There was a minor hiccup with the A/C not heating properly, but it was resolved quickly. He even brought us red bean soup in the evening (next time, I'd suggest including an extra bowl!)."
