"The room rate of 280 was reasonable, and the floor was right. The weather was great, and we had a blast, especially with the kids. The food was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the staff was proactive in resolving any issues. We stayed for two days and the environment was very nice. Facilities: Well-equipped infrastructure, convenient for food and accommodation. I recommend going to Dinahai; it's clean, uncrowded, and has a beautiful environment. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs. We went to Shenqian Bay for authentic seafood, and many tourists from Guangzhou and Foshan make the trip there. If you're too lazy to go out, you can order takeout. Overall, it was a good value. Cleanliness: Clean and spotless. Environment: Facing the mountains and the sea. Service: Damaged facilities were promptly addressed. I'll be back next time."

"We stayed for a long weekend on Hailing Island and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and our little son had a great time with the big jumping castle — definitely a highlight for families. It was too cold to use the pool during our stay, but it looked great from the outside. We had a high ocean‑view room with a large balcony, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and overall it offered very good value for money."

"Facilities: The lobby is smaller, check in just crowded with many parent-child tourists queuing up to check in, not even a place to sit😂 The hotel has a children's swimming pool, but the road leading to the swimming pool (ie the hotel's main entrance small green with garden) completely like abandoned no one cleaned look, full of mud is not clean😂 suggest hotel management personnel strengthen courtyard cleaning. Hygiene: Room hygiene is good overall, but ventilation is the biggest problem (this hotel management even allows smoking in the room, the next guest is the biggest victim, but they can not dispel the smoke smell by cleaning) Strongly require no smoking in the room, otherwise this hotel facilities will be destroyed soon! Environment: The balcony of the sea view room can see a great sea view 👍🏻 But because the front of the hotel is a half-construction bad tail building, this will be very scenic ~ Service: Staff service attitude is still great, can coordinate the room smoke problem in a timely manner, front desk office check-in attitude is also very friendly, even very busy still maintain the standard 👍🏻 Breakfast choices are also very rich, the restaurant clean and hygienic decoration modern fashion, overall this hotel high value for money, hope to continue to maintain, while improving deficiencies!"

Both hotels also include tickets to the Mountain Park and the Cliffside Infinity Pool. Drinks in the room mini-bar are complimentary, and you can ask staff for extra bottled water. I thought the water park would be closed in winter, but the weather was fantastic during the Chinese New Year holiday, and I discovered it was open. It's 68 RMB per child, and includes both the water park and a regular pool. It was definitely worth it; we spent two hours there and got completely tanned!"

"The service attitude is very good, young and handsome guy. I live on the fourth floor facing the sea. It would be nice to have a higher floor with a better view. I have already recommended it to my friends. It is clean and hygienic. It is really good but the price is more expensive during holidays. The boss also responds at any time, which is very nice."

"We booked two Ocean View King Rooms for 4 adults and 2 children, totaling 6 guests, which included breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall, we were very satisfied, and it offered great value for money. We had a direct ocean view from the 8th floor. However, many of the facilities in the kids' play area were broken, so we couldn't really find anything for our younger child (3 years old) to play with. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful for both days, and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We would definitely consider coming back again. One area for improvement in terms of service: We had booked different room types for the two days. While we understood that rooms were tight during Chinese New Year, the front desk had promised us during check-in on the first day that our rooms for the second day would be on the same floor. However, when I proactively inquired about the room change on the second day, they said the new rooms would not be on the same floor. After some discussion, they eventually managed to arrange rooms on the same floor."

Large glass sliding doors to hear the sea.. Beautiful view!!. Large bath. 2 basins. Large cupboard. Large mirror in bathroom and in corridor. 4 chairs. Even a bunk at feet end of bed. Many surfaces to put down things. Wonderful mattress - not too soft but can move up and down... Not a solid inner as most hotels... Very quiet - after CNY, but didn't hear voices at all - only the sea... I would say it should be a 5-star hotel! See hotel got many rewards 2022 and 2023. Draw back: Hot water for bath not clearly indicating, only had to turn it a little bit... No bath mat (towel). Bath outlet leaking on floor. No balcony chairs. Reception staff of evening and morning not very friendly. They did not even thank me for my compliment nor for the draw backs. @"

The porridge was not slaughtered by the restaurant outside. 10 minutes drive from the market, 3 minutes from the nearest seaside, and about 18 minutes drive from Shili Yintan. The nearby seaside is also equipped with a large water park! Barbecue at night, can't afford to burn the fire butler specially came to help, I have to say that the service is super good, on call! Although it is not a house with sea views, the accommodation environment is super good, and the extended family can consider it here."

"Great location for families and in the same building as the main hotel, but for a much cheaper cost. Contact the property manager directly, and you're taken care of like royalty. Don't wait in line at the main lobby. This part of Hailing Island is the most popular beach area, so be prepared for big crowds. Electric scooters can be rented nearby and must be controlled through a phone app. Exploring the nearby fishing village and longer beach to the East is worth a day adventure."
