"Check-in was pretty smooth. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise – the 39-degree water felt just like a hot spring, and my kids loved swimming every day.
**Facilities:** The room facilities were just okay. The sink drained very slowly, and the shower tended to overflow. The room size was decent though.
**Hygiene:** Aside from the first day, for the next two days, they only made the beds, emptied the trash, and replenished bottled water. Nothing else was tidied up; everything was left exactly as we’d left it. Even the mouthwash cups weren't put back in place. I'm not sure if this is the standard for Grand Hyatt.
**Environment:** It was alright. The 2nd floor has an entertainment complex, and the 3rd and 4th floors have a mall. However, the mall's environment was quite 'abstract' – I couldn't tell if the products were genuine, so I didn't dare to buy anything.
**Location:** The location is great, quite close to Baojian Road, with plenty of food options nearby.
Just a side note: the hotel offers a free shuttle bus every half hour, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the airport, so if you miss the shuttle or don't want to wait, a taxi is also an option – it's about a 10-minute ride and costs around 6,500 KRW."
