"No need to say much, just look at the pictures and you'll know how amazing the room's decor and view are. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Our room had two bedrooms, with the master bedroom's balcony offering a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The room layout was very well thought out, with the dining and living room combined right as you enter, and a thoughtful bathtub in the bathroom. The best part is definitely the rooftop infinity pool; the safety and hygiene were excellent, and the city night view from above, as well as the Petronas Twin Towers, were absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was quick and simple. The place was nice and cosy, and the bathroom and shower were clean. The view from the 45th floor was breathtaking, and I enjoyed admiring the scenery at night. We were also able to access the pool and gym. Location is perfect, within walking distance from KL Sentral."

"We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp a day before arrival, completed the pre-check-in, and received detailed instructions about access and parking (we had a car). The check-in itself was quick and smooth, with no lines. We were given two room keys, which also worked as parking cards. The room was very spacious and cozy. The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all. Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room. The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied. A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there."

"We enjoyed our stay overall and found the location excellent, with easy access to KL Sentral and convenient transport connections. The apartment had everything we needed, and while the rooms are compact, they are functional with comfortable beds, good pillows, reliable WiFi, quiet air conditioning and a great shower. There were, however, a few factors that would make us reconsider returning. The main challenge was the elevator system. With 54 levels and approximately 30 rooms per floor, the building accommodates a large number of guests. Only three of the four lifts operate regularly, which often resulted in long wait times, especially when travelling between lower ground, the laundry on level 30, and the gym and pool on levels 53 and 53A. The lift areas can also feel quite warm, and frequent stops added to the travel time. The pool area is visually impressive with fantastic views, though seating is limited, with only a small number of loungers available for such a large complex. Hallways carry sound easily, so voices travel, and there is currently a high-rise being built next door. Construction noise starts early and may continue for some time. The gym is small and tends to run warm, even with the air conditioning on. Check-in is strictly from 3pm and requires a cash deposit, which may be worth noting for future guests. On a positive note, the on-site laundry is well managed by a friendly local couple. At 5 RMB for a 30-minute wash and 5 RMB for a 30-minute dry, including powder, it’s affordable and efficient, with two comfortable rest areas to wait. Overall, the apartment offers good comfort and a strong location, but the elevator delays and building scale may not suit everyone."

"The front desk is located on the second floor of Building A, tucked away in the corner just behind the escalator. The building has two entrances, A and B. Even if your taxi drops you off at Building B, it's not a big deal; it's right across the street, and you can easily walk over from the side. There's a 7-Eleven next to Building B, which was perfect for grabbing snacks in the evenings. The view from the executive room was great. It's a suite, meaning there are two separate rooms once you enter, which might be a bit unsettling for solo female travelers. It took a day to get oriented, but after that, everything was clear. I checked out the pool; it's beautiful for photos, though I didn't go in. The water looked very clear. I even ran into a front desk staff member in the elevator. Seeing which floor we pressed, they recognized us as guests and initiated a friendly conversation, asking how our stay was. You can add them on WeChat beforehand, which is convenient for communication. The room was spacious and had a fridge. We brought our own toiletries, and everything was good."

"Top notch choice of a cozy nest with a stunning view of Petronas Tower from the bedroom and the rooftop pool is simply feather on the hat. Clean, cozy and convenient place for a pair to relax. Many thanks to Mr Saw-so, the staff, who was so kind and humble."

"The bed sheets are so dirty, it’s kinda yellowish, there’s even a stain on the pillow. I’ve stayed there for two nights, guess what? I saw TWO living COCKROACHES in that room. If you are okay with cockroaches crawling around while you’re sleeping then you have just found the perfect place. Otherwise, I do not recommend this place."

"I book 5 rooms, one of the room have a problem. There is cleanness issue, the bed cover full of bugs and bitten my family's member. I mean its a lots of bugs. I found at least 5 of them and they already bitten my family member. And it happen at 1am when my family want to take rest after a long day trip. Luckily, I was able to contact the property owner, and they finally given a new room for a temporary resting place. And the rest of the 4 room it's oke but for the cleanness is not that clean. Property owner must concern about the cleanness issue of the property. Overall the building is nice. Swimming pool is nice top ofthe building with infinity pool style."
