Went into this friendly pub after doing the waterfall trail. Fantastic welcome and we stopped for some comforting food. What really stood out though was the amazing girl on the bar , Abigail, the place was swamped with people on a wet Saturday but even though on her own she never stopped smiling and served everyone quickly and brilliantly. Whatever you pay her it's not enough.

Friendly service, good pub food. Menu was varied and reasonably priced. The stack burger was fabulous! The pulled pork dirty fries were delicious. Puddings went down a treat with the younger members of the party! Just wish there was a no dogs policy in the restaurant. Sadly, we wouldn’t return because of the dogs issue.

Super cosy and fabulous breakfast. The Wheatsheaf is a lovely little pub/b&b rooms are no frills but clean and comfortable with lovely little touches like local home made biscuits in the rooms. Breakfast was top notch and cooked to order. I would definitely come back. Thanks calum

Very much enjoyed our one night stay at this pub.....room was fine....food was great, plenty of choice.....what stood out for us was the excellent staff though. Its difficult times in hospitality just now,and it's hard work......so when you experience it done well you appreciate it 👍 Thanks for treating us so well. Ray.

We stayed in Ingleton for 3 days and went to the Wheatsheaf twice for our evening meal. We both enjoyed the food, nicely cooked and plentiful, especially the Lasagna and the Steak Pie. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming, Lovely cosy pub with cracking wood burner. Hope to return one day

Beautiful room, great location. Fantastic food. Dog friendly everywhere in the building. Great pub quiz (although the locals won the gallon of beer) Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit. Rear garden with seating was perfect for the sunshine.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Kelly couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and will without a doubt be staying again on our next visit to the Waterfall Trail.

Decided to try the wheatsheaf for a meal as only ever been for drinks before. We arrived and were shown to a table straight away.. The waitresses were amazing I have to say, very on the ball, professional, friendly and helpful.. Unfortunately can't say the same for the meal.. Firstly both meals arrived within a couple of minutes??.. Frozen chips, hard chicken which I struggled to cut, Diane sauce??!!!! Really.. It was out of a packet, red, not creamy as it should be, very thick and gloopy, no sign of mushrooms etc.. But what really topped it off was I asked if I could swop the mash it came with for chips, I always do this wherever we go as not a fan of mash.. When the bill came, which btw the chicken Diane was £16?!! Ridiculous price for what you got and they had put an add on of £1 on the bill, when we asked what it was we were told it was because I'd asked for chips! Definitely won't be going for a meal again which is a shame as it could be lovely if they got the food right..

We had an incredibly quiet stay in these popular pub rooms. The Wheatsheaf Inn is perfectly situated within the village of Ingleton for visiting the waterfalls trail, numerous caves around the area, the Ribblehead Viaduct, Settle, Malham Cove and a range of country walks. The room was well provided and spacious, with plenty if attention given to the needs of overnight visitors. The team were attentive, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The selection of food and drinks available was excellent. The breakfast menu selection was superb and well thought out, with lots of choices.
