The airport pickup was well-organized. The service was exceptional. Despite the cyclone, they conjured up delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. The generator was started twice a day because the cyclone had knocked down power lines. Despite the damaged roofs, the staff were attentive and helpful. The accommodation itself was safe and right on the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vista do Mar. It is well located and offers a beautiful sea view, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Had the most amazing experience. Hearing the crashing of waves whilst lying in my beautiful and air con room was a treat. The food was exquisite and the facilities and proximity to the beach made it paradise - I will definitely recommend this spot!!!

Vista do Mar is like waking up in heaven every morning! From the most incredible sunrises and sunsets overlooking the bay it really is a gem in Inhambane Mozambique. The lodge is absolutely amazing with crisp white linen, Aircon’s and all the amenities you need. Most of the rooms are sea facing so waking up to the sound of the ocean is just magical. The food is on another level from the full on breakfast spread each morning and 3 course dinners in the eve you really get spoilt for choice with 2 dinner options most nights and my best is the freshly caught fish braai cooked by their chef Joao. You can’t get better value for money for what you get! It’s one of our families BEST holidays and always such a treat to go.

Clean white sheets, comfortable bed and pillows! The rooms are basic but have everything you need, including Aircon. Great location, close to nice pubs and restaurants. The lodges own food for was exceptional. Beach is great at low tide.
