Scuol Youth Hostel ★★
"It's very close to the gondola station, so you can park at the hostel and easily walk to the mountaintop. (A round-trip gondola ride is free because a guest card is provided upon check-in.) The breakfast is also excellent. Please note that although it is a youth hostel, there is no shared kitchen, so cooking is not possible."
Schorta's Alvetern - Boutique Hotel ★★★
"The service was fabulous. We had questions prior to our arrival and received great advice. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast as well. The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Thank you."
Engadiner Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal ★★★★
"The hotel sits in the old part of Scuol in an ancient building and this is a nice thing. However the restructuring of the interior spaces made the structure quite anonymous. In spite of the restructuring process no elevator has been built as well as no air conditioning system: Scuol is 1200 meters high, not 1400 as the person at the reception told us, and the meter on the window of our room marked a 39.2 C as maximal temperature reached during our stay. This is hardly acceptable in a 4 star hotels that charged 760 CHF for a small double room for 2 nights. Such an hotel should have at least a nice swimming pool. In reality the pool is available but is a public pool where the number of people present and the round shape of the two main pools render swimming all but impossible. Last but not least: the pool can be reached after a 500-600 meter (and 85 steps) walk. On the positive side, the quality of some of the breakfast food (smoked saibling, cheeses) was good."
Samnaunerhof Vital-Hotel ★★★
"Very good hotel, in the middle of Samnaun. The perosnale is incredibly hostile. Own shuttle for gondel"
Relais & Châteaux Chasa Montana ★★★★★
"My wife and I have travelled extensively around the world and across Europe. We have rarely been so positively surprised by a hotel in Europe—it is not often that every single employee genuinely seems happy, helpful, and engaged. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed at reception, to the restaurant with delicious food and an exceptional wine selection, and the spa facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a couples’ massage, and without doubt it was the best hotel massage we have ever had - our previous benchmark was the Four Seasons Resort in Bali. The hotel is not a true ski-in/ski-out property, but even that is handled seamlessly through the excellent shuttle service directly to the ski gondola entrance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Please do not change - we hope to meet the same kind and positive staff the next time we visit. With love from Denmark."
Hotel Baer & Post Zernez ★★★
"By now, I stayed and had dinner at the "Hotel Baer & Post" for the third time, which actually says everything. The (new) rooms are very pretty, well equipped with all you need. The food is very good and may I say, for Swiss standard reasonably priced. But, the best is the friendliness of the staff!"
Hotel Panorama ★★★
Hotel Alpina ★★★
Relais & Châteaux in Lain Hotel Cadonau ★★★★★
"A Place That Touches the Soul... From the moment we arrived at the IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, we felt it: this place is different. The tranquility of the Engadin, the crisp mountain air, and the warm wood of the house create an atmosphere that instantly slows you down. We were welcomed not as guests, but as friends returning home. Architecture with Soul... The hotel is an architectural masterpiece. The combination of a historic Engadin house and modern wooden structures is not only aesthetically pleasing but emotionally moving. You feel safe, inspired, and free all at once. The attention to detail is felt everywhere, from the scent of Swiss pine to the perfectly tuned lighting. Cuisine That Delights... What we experienced culinary-wise was creative, deeply rooted in the region, and of the highest standard. We were especially impressed by the cozy Stüvetta. Every dish was a work of art, every flavor an experience. Rooms to Breathe In... Our suite was a retreat full of warmth and style. Spacious, with views of nature, furnished with high-quality materials and thoughtful details. The natural stone bathroom and wooden paneling particularly impressed us, everything was just right. Hosts with Heart... The Cadonau family and their team embody true hospitality. You can feel that passionate people work here. Every wish was fulfilled, often before we even voiced it. It wasn’t just service; it was genuine care. Conclusion: A Place You Don’t Forget... The IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau is not an ordinary hotel. It’s a place that inspires, touches, and stays with you. We weren’t just impressed, we’re grateful for the experience. One thing is certain: we’ll be back. "

Hotel Nevada
"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Nevada in Samnaun! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with stunning mountain views that made waking up each morning a real joy. We especially appreciated the cozy alpine charm and modern comforts combined so thoughtfully. The breakfast buffet was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious. The wellness area was a real highlight after a day of skiing: relaxing, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal — just steps away from the lifts and shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Swiss Alps."
Chalet Silvretta Hotel & Spa
Hotel Arnica Scuol - Adults Only
"Wonderful hotel, excellent food and very welcoming and helpful staff. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a few quiet days in an amazing setting."
Badehotel Belvair
Ferienhaus Döss
"We were over the year-break there and we felt very well. The house is beautifully made and offers a lot of comfort with a very competent equipment. The settlement was smooth, it all worked super. Whoever wants to ski, must all"
Waldpark Hotel Garni
"A well-served hotel, led by a careful and very sympathetic host, where you feel very well and feel best cared as a guest. Clean rooms, small but fine wellness and a delicious breakfast buffet are rounding the whole."
Meisser Hotel "superior"
"If you are looking for true relaxation, a fabulous location and a one-of a kind hotel then don't look any further! We have know the town of Guarda for years and have eyed with a stay at the Hotel Meisser for a while. Finally we took the plunge and now we wished we had done it earlier! Hotel Meisser is simply amazing! Not only is it in an absolutely darling little town up in the stunning Engadin valley, it also is full of history, without being old and has so much to offer!! The rooms (we came with our kids, so had two rooms in two different buildings) are a faboulous mix between old and very sleek modern (and everything is spottless, which is definitely not an easy task in a historical place like this). Rooms are as cute as a button and have a very cozy feel. Beds are super-comfortable. The food is really, really good and the staff and owners are very friendly and super-helpful. All of these things combined makes the hotel to a world-class boutique hotel without the price-tag of one. We will definitely have to repeat!"
Sonnenhotel Soldanella Sonneck
"Very friendly service. Owners are dedicate to help guest in all matters. We where hiking in Samnau and the location of the Hotel is excellent - near cable car. Good food and bar with terrace - and the view! Spectacular!"
Piz Ot
"We saw this Airbnb on the internet and booked to visit our friends and enjoy the beautiful location. As soon as we arrived, we didn't feel welcome. The host was very rude and unfriendly. I definitely won't stay there again."
Hotel Conrad
Guarda Lodge
"This place is cleaner than a hospital. There is excellent service and hospitality every moment. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and Herr Werner is a very engaging person. This is excellent value for money and they also do a few Buendner dishes in the evening, which by the way are excellent, in case you want to stay in."
Hotel Restaurant Gabriel
Hotel Münsterhof
"This family-run hotel is very recommendable! The two brothers look as good as the hotel itself! Very careful and comfortable! A three-star hotel, but the service is significantly higher! The room was lightning and breakfast with regional ingredients was just great!"
Hotel Pizzeria Selva
"Decent stay. Average quality and somewhat outdated. Room was fine with a nice bathroom; restaurant and breakfast buffet are ok too. Main drawback to our room (located towards the street) was some road noise at night. For motorised guests, location is good to get off to an early start to explore the region. If you rely on public transport it is a bit of a walk though from the station. Situated close to the National Park museum, which is HIGHLY recommended. A pass for public transport in the region is included with multi night stays."
