GGuest UserThe views were lovely and it was very peaceful, making for a comfortable stay. However, my only real complaint would be the breakfast. The quality was quite subpar, and on the second day, it felt like they just repurposed leftovers from the day before, which left a very poor impression.

Parking was easy right at the doorstep. Do take note there's a flight of stairs up to the room.
Cleanliness if very good, but the aircon is very tricky to adjust.
Quite a variety of TV channels.
Comes with bathtub and all the daily essentials. Massage chair was a plus. Wifi in the room didn't work.
A number of convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast was really good!

AAnonymous UserLocation is easy to reach. Front staff were not welcome for guests who couldn't speak Chinese. The rooms air conditioner was hot because they didn't allow guest to adjust the temperature, and the toilet is old has not yet renovated.
For food is very good and delicious. The food quantity is O.K.
Toiletries are less, no shower cap, no toothbrush in room according Taiwan hotel standard of Toiletries usually almost hotels have provided in room.

JJJin87I needed an overnight stay in Taipei for my flight next day. Blue water is perfectly located, only 10 mins walk from the Taoyuan HSR. Total travel time from airport to the Hotel takes around 40 mins. The hotel is currently offering free airport drop off service (not pick up). There’s a 24 hour Mcdonald nearby, on your way from Taoyuan HSR to the hotel, make sure you grab food it is the only restaurant on the way. The hotel lobby offers small snack at 11pm every day. I am impressed by the cleanness of this hotel, the room, the washroom and shower facility are super clean, free of any hair. I would stay here again if I’m transferring in Taipei.

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be.
The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area.
The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams.
The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs.
TV works. There are some english channels.
If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok.

The door has no side lock which might not feel like safe even though it is card access and there is a lock with the card access.
Overall, great stay and the staff are polite and ask customer for their options to what time for them to do house keeping.

Clean and modern hotel with good facilities
We stayed here recently and found the hotel to be cleaner and more modern than we initially expected. The property appeared well-maintained throughout.
Our room was clean and tidy with everything in good working order. The lobby area was welcoming and we appreciated that they had board games available for guests to use. We didn't have breakfast during our stay so can't comment on the food service.
The facilities overall were in good condition and met our expectations. The hotel seems to maintain decent standards for cleanliness and upkeep. Would be suitable for travelers looking for clean, updated accommodations without any major issues.

GGuest UserIt was a single floor hotel located in a big building, in Taoyuan. At about 25 minutes away from the airport, it's not in an area with a lot of places to go, but is good for a short stay somewhat close to the airport. There is access to a 7/11, a grocery store, and a handful of restaurants near by. Employees were really nice and offer the service of booking taxis for you in advance, which was really convenient. They don't really offer food, but do have utensils, a microwave, water, and cleansing necessities. One thing that was a little disappointing was the scent of cigarette smoke we found in our bathroom. They have the rule of no smoking, but it may not be enforced extremely harshly. One more flaw about the facilities is that the bathroom isn't an enclosed room, but rather just two stalls inside the hotel room, one with the toilet and one with a shower with the sink outside which was inconvenient. Overall, a mediocre hotel.

GGuest UserWe travelled by family,so i booked for triple bed.We are assigned in room 508 and the room is cozy,bed is comfortable to sleep with complete towels,drinking water and toiletries but there was no available toothbrush it's good that i remember to bring our own.
The hotel is big and old but manage so well.Location is good near train station and other establishments and also distance to airport is not a problem.The best is that they have their own parking for their guests.Breakfast is also serve which is hard to find when choosing a place to stay overnight.The staff is also accommodating.
They just need to pay attention for the smell of cigarette and there are some corners of the room that never pay attention to clean.This is a minor problem that needs improvement.
All and all I can still recommend this place and will looking forward again for future booking.Not bad!
