Easy location for train. 100 meters Staff is distant Rarely say hello. Room is good size for price and location. 4th floor was quiet. Very good windows but lot of street noise if open. Very good buffet breakfast. No complaints. Room was clean Needs a bit of paint. Shower needs mold removed on bottom. Of doors. 1 minute job overlooked

This is no frills but clean, comfortable and with 3 star amenities. There is no lift but there is parking. It is very quiet. The staff were pleasant and speak English. There is a pleasant breakfast room and a decent buffet. There is a popular Italian restaurant and pizzeria close by (downhill) and a few minutes walk away a range of restaurants and cafes and there is also a nearby supermarket (uphill). If you are on a budget or having a short stay this is a perfectly acceptable choice.

Room and bathroom were clean and with soaps available. Bed: Double single bed to get a king size, average comfort. Pillows: Available only soft pillows, not comfortable. Bathroom: Clean with a very good shower. Slippers: Not provided Bathrobe: Not provided Soaps/Cosmetics: Provided Hairdryer: Not provided Unpleasant smells: I did not smell any. Soundproofing: Average WIFI: Free of charge in the room as well in the hotel. Connection speed was slow and quite stable. I did not have any problem to connect all my devices. TV: Large flat TV with also international channels Air conditioning/heating system: Did not understand how air conditioning was working, temperature was not 100% comfortable. Wardrobe: Open, enough for 2-3 days trip. Mini-bar: not available. Key/Card: Key card working well, no problem opening the door and even to keep it same pockets of mobile FACILITIES OF MY INTEREST Parking: Hotel does provide this service but I did not use it. BREAKFAST: from 6:30 to 9:30 am, not a wide range of products but all is necessary for a basic breakfast was present and quality was fine. I would rate 7/10 for a 3 stars hotel. We booked here for the very comfortable location of the hotel, and it actually met this need to be close to the historic center. At the reception I found very nice and very nice people, so absolutely nothing to say about them: delicious; for the rest I found a little bit scarce: the rooms are also nice, but the bathrooms are small Bunkers not windowd. There was almost nothing about breakfast, some salty, very little sweet (indeed nothing). I asked the lactose-free latte to the breakfast girl, which, in addition to speaking English, brought me a soya milk open for two weeks; I found it still a gentle gesture, so it was good. But the bread was very good I have to say. Generally, therefore not recommended for breakfast is for the general organization (in Italy would be a two stars, not three.) Advised for position and cleaning!

If you ride a motorcycle you must book here. They may not have secure parking but what they do have is motorcycle positive staff. We turned up late due to the weather and they still accommodated us at midnight even though they close the reception at 7pm. On our return visit we had motorcycle issues and the reception staff went absolutely above and beyond to help keep us on the road. The food is excellent and the staff are amazing. They use a night entrance system to gain entry after hours and this is perfect for access once checked in. Bikers, you will kick yourself if you don’t use this place. Biker friendly is an understatement.

Not far from the city center, there is a small church on the edge of the hotel, listening to the bells of the church feels very comfortable. There is a parking lot, suitable for self-driving tour. Good breakfast, suitable for children, I booked a family room, a double bed, a sofa bed, toilet and toilet are independent.

Location: The hotel is located in the old town of Innsbruck, a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the Golden Roof, which is very convenient. Facilities: The hotel is very mini, the store is small, the elevator is small, the room is small, but it is clean, the room does not have a hot pot, you need to ask the front desk, breakfast is ok, bread, ham, fruit, drinks and salmon.

Short visit to my friends in Doc. Short term reserved and very pleasant, cozy guest room. I chose from the day offer ”wild pig” - very good with cracked vegetables and tasteful potatoes. All the input with the tomato soup was super, and the red wine recommendation for the pig was ”point-exact”. After-food variety for 3 people - very fine, attractive, a lot of taste. At the next visit I will try fish, the presentation and preparation to the neighbouring table made sure to enjoy fish.

We were in this hotel for three nights and can only tell you good. The reception was very nice. We were also invited immediately to a glass sect. The room was large enough. Unfortunately, the box has no doors, but for three nights it's OK. The bathroom is large enough, the shower is flat and very large. The shower gel is available, also a fence. The rooms were cleaned, while we were at breakfast, very pleasant. Breakfast was perfectly enough, the various coffee from a machine for self-service was very good. All in all very well. The hotel also has a restaurant, we have a pizza here, which is very recommendable. The service is very friendly. There is also a bar, where you should be attached to a very unfriendly barkeeper. Here you get answers immediately, there are the words missing. Sure it is not easy to find staff at the moment, but this man is completely missing in the place behind the bar. However, the hotel is very recommended, you are walking along the Inn, in 10 minutes in the city. If we come back to Innsbruck, we'll stay here again.
