Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

The hotel overall is a nice place. Just few minutes walk to the Interlaken West station. The staff and servers are accommodating. There is nearby drug store, coop and Chinese restaurant. My stay are very comfortable and I feel safe all the time. Highly recommended.

Excellent! The owner is very kind, and breakfast is provided. Coffee is also readily available. It's very close to West Station. For late-night hunger, it's convenient to bring back supermarket items and heat them up in the microwave.

Everything was perfect. The best hotel I stayed in Switzerland. When I come back to Interlaken, I will stay there again.

Very close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

The hotel is very cool with lovely outdoor sitting area to chill. It is very convenient for travellers staying in Interlaken, I would recommend.

The location of the hotel is perfect and could have a phenomenal view of Swiss Alps. It’s cosy room. Lift is bit old and you need to press the button on until you reach your floor. No electrical kettle is given to you.

Good service, but no air conditioning. Sleeping with the window open was very noisy.

Warm welcome very lovely staff and owner. Location was perfectly just 2-3 mins from station. And surrounding with restaurant and natural view. Next trip will be here again.

This is an average hotel in a touristy town.

I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4" and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland.
