The room is clean. Location is a bit far away from the main station. Service was good. The main big plus for this hotel is the amenities. They have an electric fan in room, given that it’s cool in Interlaken generally they still provided you a fan it’s very considerate. (They don’t have ac) the good thing is you have a common lobby on the first floor and you have access to water refill, microwave, tea bags, coffee bags, some snacks, and a common fridge to use. Perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. Although the hotel description mentioned that there was no air conditioning, the room actually had a portable air conditioner, which kept the room comfortable throughout the night. I really appreciated that the staff had already turned it on before I arrived and kept it running overnight. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and thoughtful service made this one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pretty good, but the top floor(4/F) has no lift. You hv to take ur luggage by walk up the stairs from 3/F to 4/F if u live in 4/F

The building is a bit old, but the location is excellent—close to the main train station and restaurants. Good value for the price.

We had low expectations with this hotel due to previous reviews. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t anyone in the reception until 3:01pm. Other than that, the room was a little dim, but clean and they do day cleaning and top up of room. There is a smart TV and water heater which were useful. Breakfast was average. We like that there is a pantry with free snacks for guests. The location was superb!

It was a reasonable hotel that closes to Interlaken West Station.

Location was easily accessible to busstop and train station! Breakfast spread was simple but sufficient and good :) staff were friendly too
