Excellent location and room, the bed was a generous 1.5 meters wide. Everything was great. The downstairs bar and front desk service made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

I was very satisfied. The location is excellent, right in the bustling area of Interlaken. The front desk service was fantastic. The room had a coffee machine, an electric kettle, tea bags, and a bottle of mineral water. Plus, it came with a balcony, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also included. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon.

Location is convenient, bus stop is just outside the hotel. Our room is facing the streets with great fountain view.

Only 2 min walking from Interlacken West Station. A very nice breakfast room (Lounge). Receptionists are helpful and friendly. I had a mountainview from my room.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The location was excellent with convenient transportation, the service was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

Initially hesitant due to past reviews. But encountered none of the issues. The room has aircon, a kettle & a coffee machine. The toilet/shower has a door but not the shower compartment (means toilet floor can be wet) No noises were heard from the rooms next door. Wifi is good. Located on the main street near the Interlaken West train station. Supermart is practically next door. It is a tour group hotel. I counted about 6 groups every morning for breakfast but they managed. The hotel is as good as any in its class.

The service was disappointing, and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The city tax was also charged incorrectly and did not match the amount indicated by Trip.com. In addition, the hotel requires a deposit. I was told that most guests were charged a $50 deposit, but I was charged $100. I was very surprised that the hotel does not appear to have a standard deposit policy or consistent charge for all guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the inconsistency in the charges and the level of service.

The hotel's location is excellent, the breakfast is plentiful, and the room is spacious with four beds, making it very convenient. The staff provides attentive service. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.

The room was clean and met Japanese standards, with no issues to note. However, the water pressure in the shower was very low at certain times, making it so cold I felt like I might catch a cold. The water pressure issue resolved itself if I showered at a slightly different time, so I'd recommend avoiding peak hours.

This hotel feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Pros: Excellent location, good air conditioning. Cons: It's primarily a hotel for tour groups, so it feels quite chaotic until you get to your room. When I first entered the room, I was a bit taken aback by how haphazardly the towels and bedding were arranged. However, I stayed for 3 nights, and when I requested room cleaning on the last day, it was sparkling clean—the cleanest it had been. It seems the quality of cleaning varies greatly depending on who does it. The breakfast, in particular, was really disappointing. For a 4-star hotel, it's quite a letdown overall. Even the coffee machine was an old Swiss model, which is surprising given how many guests there are. I wouldn't recommend staying here again unless the price is significantly cheaper compared to other 4-star hotels.

The location is convenient. By bus or on foot from the station is about 15-25 minutes. Hotel room is acceptable, there is A/C though not too strong. Reception service is good but the service at breakfast restaurant seems only good to some guests but not us. There are many different restaurants like Thai, Chinese, Indian etc around the hotel.
