The hotel is very close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. Four people sharing one room, regardless of gender, and the price is quite cheap for Interlaken.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Interlaken and would highly recommend it. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas and bathrooms. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack after long days of exploring. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the train station, which made arriving, leaving, and taking day trips completely stress-free. There was also a spot to refill drinking water nearby, which was such a handy little touch, especially before heading out for a hike.

Best ever youth hostel I ever stay. Location tip top. Facility is good. Is a centre point to explore surrounding interest places.

One of the best hostel. Clean room, with partition of washing basin and personal lockers. Shower room and toilet are clean.

The biggest surprise was actually the breakfast; it really suited our Chinese palate and was my favorite foreign breakfast. Overall, I think it was great. The location is superb, right next to Interlaken Ost train station and both large and small Coop supermarkets, which is incredibly convenient.

Nice location if you want to visit jungfrau and Grindelwald first, the Interlaken ost station is just outside of the hostel, which is very convenient

The location is perfect, room is pretty clean. Also the breakfast is fantastic! The only thing which is not perfect is there’s no kitchen in the hostel, so you can not cook a meal by yourself.

The only downsides were the lack of privacy curtains on the beds and having to make the bed with sheets and duvet covers yourself, then stripping them upon checkout. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, offered free luggage storage, and was extremely close to East Station.

Right next to main train station, very convenient. Free included breakfast but the options are very limited.

The main advantage of this hostel is its excellent location. The train station is nearby, and a Coop supermarket right across the street makes it very convenient for picking up food or travel essentials. Unfortunately, everything else fell short of expectations. The hallways had an unpleasant smell and was extremely noisy with large groups of children, and the common lounge area was constantly overcrowded. It may be suitable for a quick overnight stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep in a convenient location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer or more comfortable stay.

Had a comfortable stay here. The location is convenient. The view from our room is amazing.

We booked a room with shared toilet but paid more to changed to a room with private toilet. The room is excellent because we got the view of the mountains everyday. Was contemplating to stay between Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West, but i was travelling with an elderly so this is the best option. Interlaken OST station is a v good transport base for most places in Switzerland. Interlaken West is convenient too but u'd need to take a short bus ride down to the main station. There's alot of buses that are relatively frequent. However as my mother cant walk far, this is the best coz it is very walkable to the train station. There is a lift to all the floors and luggage storage is available. Our included Breakfast is good (meat, cheese, bread, eggs, yoghurt, conflakes, tea, coffee, etc). There's a dinner set menu (need to pay of course) tt changes every night. The food is food and is relatively cheaper if u have the set meal of the day. Would stay here again. There's a big Coop opposite also. However if u'd like more shopping... Interlaken West has more shops but they usually close abt 7pm. There's dinner places there that closes abt 11pm. If you're thinking if where to stay, i think if u have an elderly that cant walk much, Interlaken Ost.

Great location, perfect for a layover! If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't it – it is a hostel after all! Breakfast was simple but tasty, and there's a Coop right across the street. Very convenient for basic needs.
