"Friendly family run place, and both father and son was very happy to assist in anything, especially advice on how to tackle the great wall visit. If you are into photography, even better as they will provide all the best advice, including getting a double-entry ticket so that you can go for sunrise and sunset shoot. The place is literally just outside the gate!!"

"What a nice hotel! We had a big room with very comfortable beds and everything was so very clean! There is everything you could possibly need (slippers, towels, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, tv, air conditioner, umbrella, chairs to sit outside and even a heater in the bathroom). We had lots of lights from the windows on both sides. Just over the street you find a restaurant, we had dinner and breakfast there - good portions and very fair price! I recommend to try the braised eggplant, so delicious.
But the best: the family who runs the hotel! Such helpful staff. The owner explained us how best explore the Great Wall on a map, picked us up when we were in the middle of heavy rain and when our train back to Beijing got cancelled, he helped us to organise a minivan.
Very happy with this stay! Thank you very much!"

"It was a bit hard to find as an international traveller, you have to go all the way to the entrance of the park (past the jianshanling hotel) and the very last right a few hundred feet before the ticket booth and checkpoint, you go right, and it is a few houses down.
The hosts, room, and food were all wonderful and accommodating, the most delicious we have had in china so far!"

"The place is very closed to the main entrance of the Great Wall. They will propose you to drive you there for 20¥ but honestly you can just walk there easily. The personnel can give you some advices for your walk and show you what you can do on a map. The food is good, there is fresh beer and cold water.

"A boutique homestay with a unique courtyard and clean and tidy rooms. If you drive, you can drive into the scenic area and walk to the Great Wall. The room has a large activity space, which is convenient and comfortable. The farmhouse dishes are also delicious. We arrived late and could not cook complicated dishes. We ordered two green vegetables with a very homely flavor. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come here in the future."

"The only hotel inside the jinshanling great wall. Next to the entrance of the ticket and cable car station. Only 1 Chinese restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices of the food are reasonable and portions are huge. Room is as per the picture. We have 2 rooms, 1 facing car park and 1 mountain. No greatwall view as is hidden behind the mountain.
Service is excellent, they will provide pick up service from tourist centre and east gate entrance. We walked from the central to the east and contacted them via WeChat to pick us up from there. When we checked out, they told them we wanted to go a restaurant near the tourist centre, they did the extra mile to send us there instead of just alighting at the tourist centre.
Staff are extra friendly. I saw them looking for 4 guests who dine at the restaurant the night before who dropped at 100yuan. The next morning when we were there for breakfast, they checked whether did we sat at the table for dinner last night. They were still searching for the guests to return the money. Super honest!
However, cleanliness can be improved, the ceiling fan was super dusty. Behind the hotel, next to the greatwall entrance, there are some farmers restaurants and mingshu too."

GGuest UserWhen traveling during the epidemic, I deliberately chose this hotel to stay away from noisy places. Just follow the navigation. I really like the rural atmosphere here. You can live from sunrise to sunset. The accommodation conditions are also good, the hygiene is quite clean, and the things are also good. It’s very new. The boss and the wife are very enthusiastic. I told the boss in advance that we can have breakfast in the morning. We had a sumptuous lunch at an acceptable price. We went to climb the Great Wall before dawn. I heard from the boss that the red leaves on the Great Wall are still there. There is no discoloration. It will be more beautiful after October. I can recommend friends who love photography to come with me next time😃

Especially enthusiastic! Serious and meticulous! The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. High cost performance! And the experience is great! The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is strategically located, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. There is a special shuttle bus, just go where you want to go! Highly recommended to friends who need to stay! From check-in to check-out, every link is satisfactory. The hotel facilities are modern, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and courteous. Next time I come to Jinshanling, I will choose to stay at this hotel! ! ! Call Jia Mingmei again, come on! Your pay will have a big gain!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. I took a break one day and didn't go out, so it was quiet all day long. The family members all agreed that they had a good rest at night and the quality of their sleep was very high.
The boss's own restaurant serves delicious meals three times a day, with large portions, fresh food, and good quality at low prices. The big steamed buns are delicious, and there are also fried eggs, fried mushrooms, tofu soup, pimple soup... The lady boss grows green onions and cucumbers herself, and every dish is delicious.
The proprietress is beautiful and enthusiastic. We have elderly people and children. The proprietress takes good care of both the children and the elderly. The boss heard that we wanted to climb the Great Wall to watch the sunrise, so he drove us to the ticket office at 4 a.m. for both days of our stay. Thank you.
This trip to the Jinshanling Great Wall was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend Cuijia Xiaoyuan.
Forget taking photos at the B&B, post some beautiful views of the Great Wall!

AAnonymous UserI would like to highlight three things in which I felt were very pleasant during my stay at the lodging.
First, I was pleasantly surprised at the service they offered. When my family and I were staying at lodging, the workers were extremely heartwarming and kind. They were willing to answer any questions we had about the attractions nearby and even drove us to the Jinshan Ling Great Wall of china Nearby.
Second, I would like to highlight the amenities and activities offered at the lodging. Although we only scratched the surface of the activities they offered. The lodging provided us with countless options. From having a mini movie theatre as well as pool & billiards room, they also offered a wide range of outdoor adventures such as kayaking and fishing which will surely enrich your stay there. Furthermore, the amenities themselves at the room we were staying in were exceptional. The lodging was spacious and provided us with separate rooms to stay in, making our stay an extremely pleasant one.
Lastly, I would like to highlight the food at the lodging itself. At every lodging one books I’m sure one would look forward to having delectable food right within a stone’s throw away. Needless to say, the food offered by the lodging from breakfast to dinner was both delicious and affordable.
I would highly recommend booking a stay here should you want to visit the attractions in the area but don’t forget to take time to enjoy and experience the adventures offered by the lodging too!

GGuest UserThe most cost-effective inn in Jinshanling Yinhe Ski Resort, it is cleaner and brighter than the inn in Dongyingzi Village, and closer than the county hotel (most hotels in the county are not as clean and comfortable as Yuxiu), and the boss is very nice. It's very convenient to eat. It's just on the first floor of the inn. There are stir-fries, griddles, and stews. The dishes are large, affordable, and delicious.
