"The quality of Vienna has always been guaranteed, and every time I come to civil rights, I live here. The last time I came to Civil Rights for a business trip, Starway was still being renovated. This time I finally could stay. The front desk lady was very warm. We could actually choose the room. The sunny side was sunny. The two people were spacious enough for a business trip. The small bay window was very like it. My favorite was this bowl of small wontons in the morning. Next time you must try the bowl of noodles from Starway 😂
