The lake front cove was nicknamed Turtle Cove years ago as turtles come ashore each year to lay their eggs and bathe in the sun. Some of the lily pads have been preserved to keep this area as the turtles prefer it, as well as rumored to be one of the best fishing spots on the lake. Swans nest near the cat tails on the side and we are generally the first to see their signets as they hatch each year. There is plenty of clear water to enjoy the lake and activities as well as enjoy the beauty of nature the cove offers us. The apartment you will stay in, is the walkout basement level of the house with your own access and patio, although you may also use the deck above, the grounds, the gardens, etc. All interior pictures are of the apartment.As our guests, you will have access to over an acre of fun and relaxing space.
