In the same area will be plenty of beach supplies, dining areas, two charcoal grills, bikes, and an outdoor shower. The back patio is also a shared space; however, there are two separate outdoor dining tables for each side to use and enjoy! With a spacious, fenced in yard, we are also happy to accommodate dogs to enjoy a vacation with our guests!Upon availability, both sides of the duplex can be rented to a group of friends or family, not exceeding the total occupancy count of 8 (4 guests per side). Check with your hosts before booking to see if we can accommodate both sides!Guests of both sides will have access to all amenities located below the house.
