"The hotel was good. The location is good. One thing you need to be careful about is that this hotel comes in an uphill location, so you need to be ready to walk. There is only one thing that made my stay awful. it was some stains on the bed. I arrived at 2 AM. I was tired and I decided to sleep but in the morning I woke up. And I found out that the bed was having weird spots, It looks like human ****."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again."

"The hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended"

The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. "The location of the hotel is really good! Get off at North Railway Station and walk for about 10 minutes. It's very convenient to get around by train. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the attractions. The front desk service is average and they understand English, which is fine. The room was a little bigger than I expected, and the bathroom was relatively new and clean. That's about it for this price. As a tourist who goes out early in the morning, it is very suitable. but! The sound insulation is too poor. We stayed for two nights. At around 7 o'clock in the morning, the sound of the shower next door was very loud. Fortunately, we also got up early in the morning... No other problems."
