"The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained. 酒店內部裝潢是mid century風格，公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨，給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題，櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住，連看旅客都不看一眼，就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘。今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據（我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說：我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明，她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強，但這好像是歐洲通病，歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練。"

"The hotel was good. The location is good. One thing you need to be careful about is that this hotel comes in an uphill location, so you need to be ready to walk. There is only one thing that made my stay awful. it was some stains on the bed. I arrived at 2 AM. I was tired and I decided to sleep but in the morning I woke up. And I found out that the bed was having weird spots, It looks like human ****."

"The location is convenient, right next to a metro station, a mall, and a busy shopping street, definitely a plus. However, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area, and going back and forth can get a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing. The room size is average, not too small, but with two open suitcases it felt a bit tight. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I personally dislike the half-glass shower door design that makes the floor wet (same issue here). The building and carpets felt a bit old and worn, but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough, and I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Staff experience was mixed, some were friendly and smiling, while others were quite cold. One disappointing part was when we asked about a late check-out; the answer was an immediate “no” without even checking availability, which felt unfriendly given the hotel didn’t seem busy."

"The hotel is lovely, an abode in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone coming on business. However, Cardo Brussels could do better with their cleanliness for the tea and coffee items in the room and the bathroom."

"The hotel, for my needs, was in a great location and value. The room was spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel has helpful and friendly staff in all circumstances. The biggest problem was the soundproofing which is close to none… all night we heard doors slamming, people walking, ambulances in the street…. If you are looking for a place to rest, this is not suitable, but it makes up for the price and location."

"The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again."

Nestled right next to the Rogier subway station, the location is a dream for both avid explorers and lazy travelers alike. Seriously, if it were any closer to the subway, it would be on the tracks! The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!"
