"There's not much to say about the hotel. Great location, superb architecture, amazing wellness area and good restaurants. Everything as you would expect or expect from a 5-star resort. But a few little things are annoying or really unacceptable in such a great resort. Just a quick note on what we didn't like: 1. When you reserve a table (we did it about 8 days before arrival), they expect about 2 emails a day to confirm that the reservation is confirmed (I received 8 confirmations in total)!!! 2. The SPA reception: Of course we went to the wellness area on the first day. Everything was fine, we just gave our room number and that was it. Then the next day the lady at the SPA reception demanded that we absolutely needed a key for the entrance to the SPA and for the locker. To which we replied that we didn't need that before and that all the doors were open without keys anyway. She argued that this was a requirement and that she couldn't explain why the doors were open... after 5 minutes, we simply took the key and that was it. Of course, we didn't need it, since the doors opened without it. 3. Turndown service until 9:30 PM!!!! You have to give your room number almost everywhere in the hotel. This means the hotel knows that you'll be in the bar or restaurant from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. In other top-class hotels, service takes place during this time, not when you return to your room at 9:00 PM, stuffed, and the waiter wants to clean your room 5 minutes later. 4. The service in the Lakeview Bar: Responsibilities for tables are not regulated. Waiters change several times a night because the manager suddenly assigns them to other tasks. Suddenly, there's only one waiter, full tables aren't cleared, etc. The highlight was waiting 25 minutes for an espresso because the bartender had just left... I'm aware that this is a very high-level complaint. But these are all minor things that aren't necessary. Nevertheless, we'll be back :-)"

"The room is clean and has water, which is rare. The location and scenery are good, especially during breakfast. You can enjoy the Swiss countryside while having breakfast. It feels very good. I highly recommend it."

"This is a hotel that was really friendly to Koreans from afar. The view is really good because it is by the lake! The interior is also luxurious and tidy. It is inconvenient without a rental car in the suburbs, but if you have a rental car, it is highly recommended. There is also a private parking lot! Thank you again for your kind response~"

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery. The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian. There was no kettle or fridge. We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through. Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that."

"The beds are very comfortable and clean! The scenery is pleasant, I will go on vacation next time! Be sure to bring a comfortable swimsuit for a dip in the lake. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the station, which is a bit inconvenient if you are not driving by yourself."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic service at the counter. Easy access via bus (just 3 stops from Stans), and bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a fuel station just outside the hotel so it was convenient to get breakfast and other snacks. Toilet lights are motion sensor which is good for energy saving, but it auto turns off while we are in the shower as the timer might be too short. No fridge in hotel room though, but be slightly inconvenient for families with young children that need to store milk."

"This resort is really great. Many politicians who come to Switzerland for meetings will choose to vacation here. This is also where Hepburn got married. It is very good, with good food, good accommodation, and great facilities. I highly recommend it. The highlight of the entire Swiss trip is this hotel."

"Overall the hotel is good to stay and the lady boss is very friendly. But there are two things need to be improved. The bed is too high and the bed side is made of thin wood, the fabric which covers the wood is broken, which hurts the skin. We had two courses dinner in hotel which cost 70 CHF per person, one half-plate salad(chef specially made for us as we want to eat some vegetables)and one beef, the beef is very very salty. The food quality wasn’t match with the price. During our more than one month travel in Europe, this meal is one of the most expensive but taste the worst."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning, like stepping into a fairyland. The infinity pool is particularly beautiful. Welcome fruit, chocolates, and nuts are served in the room. The facilities are complete and exquisite. The front desk service is exceptionally warm and attentive. The breakfast is very plentiful; the only downside is the long wait for service. Dinner is exquisite. A complimentary minibar is available. Ideal for families who prefer privacy and a quiet vacation!"
