"The scenery was absolutely stunning! We watched the sunset on one side and the sunrise on the other. The room facilities were also very comfortable. However, the service was really lacking. I believe many guests, like myself, went up the mountain but didn't reach the hotel because the navigation said we were there, then stopped, and then walked a long way down only to find the path was blocked. None of the staff offered any advice beforehand; I had to call back to ask. Such beautiful scenery deserves to be seen by more people!"
