"Fantastic place in a great location with wonderful views. The hotel contacts you before with lots of useful information and someone is always there to help you during your stay. Delicious food and afternoon tea. It's also possible to walk up the hill amongst the tea plantations for a better view and down to the rose garden. Great room and beautiful bird song from the balcony. Tough work cycling to get there but definitely worth it."

"The first time I stayed at the City Convenience Hotel, I was really surprised! The hotel is very close to the South Bridge Frozen and Kowloon Square Night Market. It is ok to walk and life is very convenient. The sister at the front desk was warm and welcoming. While checking in, she also introduced us to the surrounding places to eat, drink and play. The hotel has only opened soon, very new and well-equipped, with its own parking lot and charging piles, friendly to self-driving; and there is a laundry room and a gym. The room is small and intelligent voice control, electric toilet, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The decoration is modern and simple but it makes people feel very warm. Meeting the needs is not fancy at all; Clean and comfortable beds make me sleep very well; The image and promotional language of the green cat on the disposable items are also very interesting; I saw that the slogans written on the hotel's drinking water were a bit general. It really makes everyone spend less money to sleep more comfortable, making travel more convenient and warm. Although it is a fast hotel chain, it is really cost-effective, very very satisfied and recommended!"

I didn't contact the hotel, I received the courier number sent by the staff, saying that it had been sent back in solid wood-printed packaging. Even the empty bottles of Baisui Mountain are carefully collected, afraid of missing personal items, this after-sales detail is more poke people than the experience when you check in."
