"The room is quite big, and the pictures online look good, but... I feel it's a management problem. Are the hygiene inspection standards so low? There were hair and mosquitoes when I opened the bed sheets, and there was a big spider under my desk... There was a row of spiders outside the window of my friend's other room... Although I reported it to the front desk and asked the staff to clear them away. But... it doesn't seem like the hotel standard of meticulous cleaning every day. The toilet paper box in my room was rusty and the waste paper was not cleared away... In fact, the facilities and equipment are not bad, and the service attitude is also OK, but the things mentioned above... The experience is very bad..."
