"The room was very clean, the details were in place, and the stay was super safe! The young lady at the front desk was gentle and patient. Not only did she take the initiative to upgrade the room type, but also helped to check out late, smiling throughout the service, which made people feel as warm as going home! Although there is no smart device, all facilities are used. The water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom is super stable. The hot water comes out soon. The amount of shampoo and shower gel is very sufficient (no need to bring your own sample). The room is equipped with an electric kettle and a water cup. Drinking hot water is especially ”home”. Although not luxurious, every item takes into account the actual needs, it is particularly comfortable to live, the hotel parking lot is also very easy to find, the parking space is good, and it is very friendly for the novice driver. Look for this hotel!"

"第一，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員問我有沒有訂早餐，如果沒有的話，可以送我一份。我説我已經訂了，她説需要掃碼核銷一下。雖然我之前在華住會名下的其他酒店沒有過這樣的操作，但是因為工作人員説需要，我就用微信掃了工作人員提供的二維碼，掃完以後我發現是華住會的公眾號。然後工作人員説幫**作，我就把手機給她了。當時大概過了半分鐘左右，我發現我手機的頁面停在我的手機桌面頁面，並且她在刪除app。
我就問她你是刪了什麼APP嗎？她説刪了華住會的APP。然後她也沒有對我進行任何的解釋。其實我能理解可能集團對工作人員有這種考核的要求，但是我覺得工作人員不應該在沒有明確告知我，可能會用我的手機下載某些軟件的情況下，擅自對我的手機進行操作的行為。而且，如果我沒有看到的話，她甚至不會跟我説已經下了APP，然後又刪掉。説實話，在這個操作過程中，我不太確定她有沒有拿我手機做其他的事情，比如説刪掉華住會的驗證碼之類的，可能涉及到查看我手機短訊。我認為這個事情是非常不合理的
第二，後面辦理了入住以後，我因為要休息，所以要對房間進行反鎖。
一般來説，酒店的反鎖有兩種，第一種是防盜鏈的反鎖，第二種是門鎖的反鎖。但是我發現我所在的這個房間是沒有辦法進行門鎖的反鎖的，於是我就聯繫了前台。前台告訴我説，當時保潔阿姨已經下班，而且保潔大叔就是7點才會上班。在這個時間是沒有人可以為我處理這個事情的，他們前台也沒有辦法幫我處理，所以我還要再等一個多小時，等到保安上班才行。
後面他們又替我安排了工作人員上門處理，但是那個工作人員説他們這個門就是沒有辦法反鎖的，而且她當時為我查看了我對面的房間和我隔壁的房間，説他們都是沒有辦法反鎖的。我説那有沒有辦法幫我換到同等價位的有鎖的房間，其表示不可以，因為他們應該都沒有這種反鎖系統。
後面我就再次聯繫了前台，是他們經理接的電話，他説這是全季4.0，整個全季4.0都是不可以反鎖的。我説我平時出差也有住其他全季，都是可以反鎖的，為什麼這個不可以。經理表示如果我有住過其他全季的話，我就應該知道他們4.0是不能夠反鎖的。我就問她説，我説我作為一個客户的話，我住酒店前我肯定是不可能瞭解説你是3.0還是4.0，但是你這樣反鎖不了肯定有安全隱患。
然後經理就回復我説，有一種方法可以反鎖，就是用鑰匙反鎖。我説，那也可以，你給一把鑰匙也可以。然後經理就表示説，如果用了鑰匙的話，他們門鎖會更新，所以他們不會給鑰匙給客人。
我就表示説，這樣肯定是有安全隱患的。經理説沒有關係，他們保安會兩個小時巡邏一次。然後我就問説，如果在白天的工作時間，都沒有辦法替我處理門鎖，那我怎麼可以確保安全？經理就説，反正都是安全的，讓我不要擔心。
又過了大概20分鐘，然後又有工作人員上門，跟我説她們後面檢查到是有其他房間是有反鎖的，幫我去換其他房間，我也同意了這個方案。
我不明白的是，如果一開始就有可以反鎖的房間，為什麼一直都説沒有，還説自己是什麼4.0，整個酒店都沒有可以反鎖的門鎖，直到我真的很生氣的質問他們那麼久，才説可以換房。
第三，換了房間後，房間牀頭櫃地板、馬桶附近到處都是水,淋浴處更是滿地的水，根本沒有收拾乾淨。我不理解為什麼一個連鎖的酒店可以做到這麼拉胯，連最基本的衞生都做不好。"

I will use facts as a guide, take the actual as the outline, do not show the level of text, and do not hide the skills of photography to make a unified comment: all experiences, feelings, atmosphere, Service attitude and so on may vary according to the price, I can say that the photos and videos I took may be the same you will see, may be better, may be worse. XXiaotuobabyA newly opened hotel, great! 👍 The owner's younger brother was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean, with all brand-name amenities and fixtures. The location was also great, very quiet at night. There were many restaurants nearby, and it was close to the highway exit. The price-performance ratio was super high, and the overall experience was excellent. Five stars! ✯◡✯✌️ I'd like to suggest improvements to the breakfast; perhaps more meat dishes could be added, haha 😂. I would recommend it to friends going there for hot springs or business trips. I especially loved their bedding.

GGuest UserNewly opened hotel in 2024, you can smell the smell of new wooden furniture when you enter the hotel. The hotel's new Chinese decoration style is decorated with a lot of wood grains. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-equipped, the beds are large, and the mattresses are moderately firm. The hotel is located in the center of Dazhu County, and there is free parking in the underground garage. There are all kinds of food, drink and shopping facilities around. And this price is cheap, very cost-effective. recommend!

AAnonymous UserHotel location is good to find, just opposite the Dazhu Bus Terminal, convenient transportation, clean rooms, comfortable environment, small bread and other gifts, the hotel front desk lady and customer service waiter are very enthusiastic. The room is bright and has some configurations. Air conditioning hot water is very good, the sheets are clean and comfortable. Very good experience, I have settled in many local hotels, but I finally chose this hotel.
