"看規模應該是這裏很好的酒店了，很高的樓，停車場也很大，停車方便。不過風雪中開了一天的山路，來到這裏，進入房間，冰冷冰冷的。不喜歡給差評，服務行業不容易，但是我想客觀的説出我的感受。打開空調，聲音巨大，但半個小時沒有熱氣，打電話服務員很快就來了，説沒問題，空調製熱正常。又過了20多分鐘，空調依舊出冷風，又打了兩個電話，前台説馬上過來看，但始終沒人來，又打電話，前台説，空調沒問題，是什麼部件壞了，但已經修好，再等等，可是等了半天依舊冷冰冰。經理來了，説，抱歉，承認空調壞了，但馬上會好，前麪店員不瞭解情況，害我們一直吹冷風。説給幾瓶水彌補，或者退錢，讓我們去找其他酒店住。大冷的天，已經晚上了，讓我們出去找酒店？挺讓人生氣的説法。早上去吃早餐，8點多一點，沒幾樣東西，菜都是菜根，粥，米飯，饅頭都是冷的。退房時前台退回120元，算是彌補昨晚的事情。"
