"Good location, own parking lot, parking is very convenient. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, and there was a bay window sill, which was very comfortable to put things. "Considering a three-star hotel, the facilities are quite complete. The room was quite clean, but it was a bit small for a suite, and the view was average because of the floor.

"This is the hotel I must stay in every time I go back to my hometown. It is clean, new, and has a beautiful night view. I slept with the beautiful view of Qiyun Bridge at night. In addition, the front desk upgraded the creek view room for free and gave a fruit plate. Although the fruit plate is not much, because we are not in the room, the restaurant lady came to deliver it four times. It was really thoughtful. At night, I called the front desk to send bed cups, children's slippers and toothbrushes. They were delivered in less than two minutes. The response was very fast. When I checked out, I lost my room card. I thought I would have to pay at least a few dozen yuan. The front desk directly said that it was okay, and I could just check out directly. Also, when I stayed last time, my pajamas were left in the hotel. The hotel called me directly and mailed it to me. I was really careless... Driving from Ningbo to Fuzhou for business, I chose this store in Fu'an, and the experience exceeded expectations! The high-speed exit to the hotel is unimpeded and too friendly to the passers-by. The parking lot is not only spacious and free, but also pleasantly surprised that there are charging piles and gas stations next to it (new energy vehicles and oil vehicles are taken care of), saving the trouble of finding additional facilities. The hotel design has a simple sense of the whole season, but the texture is obviously upgraded to the tiles, metal parts and lighting, and even the switch panels are exquisite. The room was clean like a new opening, 55-inch large TV + a full set of central video channels, and it was very decompressed to return to the room at night. Breakfast must be emphasized: 20 or 30 choices are not fooled, hot dishes are freshly cooked noodles, fruit desserts are complete, and the supplement is timely! With such hardware (charging piles!) + service, the price/performance ratio can definitely be played in Fu'an. Next time I travel or self-driving tour, this is my ”energy supply station”, and I live comfortably without worry!

In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! This is consistent with the industry, and the front desk staff who understand the guests deserve praise! I hope the hotel will get better and better!

Service was excellent, room amazing and breakfast was acceptable. Maybe some free coffee in the room . As many don’t drink tea. But very nice and relaxing stay, of only for one night.

As a tourist, I spent a very comfortable night at Fu'an Platinum Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the environment and service. The room is not only spacious and bright, but also spotlessly clean, making people feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as they enter the door. The quality of the bedding was also very good, allowing me to have a good night's sleep and fully restore my physical strength.
The hotel's service is impeccable. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. They always greeted every guest with a smile and tried their best to meet our needs. When I checked out, I found two cups of coffee in the room. Such small details surprised and warmed me, and also reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests.
It is especially worth mentioning that I accidentally left my luggage behind when I checked out. After contacting the hotel front desk, the staff immediately helped me find my luggage and quickly arranged for express delivery. I was deeply touched by this efficient and thoughtful service, and it also made me like Fu'an Platinum Crystal Hotel even more.
In addition, I would like to recommend a takeaway coffee shop - Pour Coffee into the Warehouse. As a tourist, I ordered the coffee from this shop locally. The taste is very mellow and sweet, and it is worth a try.
