"This is an excellent hotel with comprehensive facilities and stylish decor. All disposable amenities are provided. The staff are very polite and courteous. It's quite close to the airport, but without the noise.
They offer an airport shuttle service, which is convenient. However, it's a shared shuttle service for several hotels, which was new to me. When I first arrived, I thought I was at the right place for check-in, but after a while, I realized it was a Hanting hotel (a different chain) – the driver didn't say anything.

"This was the last hotel I stayed at during my trip to Fujian, and it was also the best experience. The hotel's overall design felt high-end, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, which pleasantly surprised me. The front desk staff were beautiful and enthusiastic, and they proactively asked if I needed airport transfer services. Especially at night, when I requested mineral water, they thoughtfully had a robot deliver warm water. The room facilities were complete, and the shampoo and shower gel were of excellent quality. The hotel's location is also superb, only a 10-minute drive to the airport. Highly recommended!"

"We had stayed in Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel for 4 nights and then extended for another 2 nights. The Executive Floor rooms are spacious, well maintained and with good views. The many value added services that came with the Executive Room was a very pleasant surprise. These included daily access to the Exec Lounge for high tea and happy hour, one piece of free laundry per day, free mini bar drinks and daily fruit platter (both replenished daily). The service staff stationed on the Executive Floor is efficient, responsive and always ready to greet us with a cheerful smile. The hotel is just next to West Lake and cane be conveniently access via access gate to the broadwalk.

"The room was great, facing the square, which made it super convenient to watch the flag-raising ceremony. Breakfast was decent too. The cleaning staff were incredibly diligent. However, upon check-in, I wasn't informed about the breakfast location. Also, I had booked two packages, and on the third day, they thought I had checked out, even though I had clearly explained my stay duration upon arrival. This caused my room card to stop working. They were very apologetic afterward and even sent fruit as an apology, which was a nice gesture."

"The location is excellent, right next to Daming Food Street and Dongbai Shopping Mall. Just cross the street and you're at the Sanfang Qixiang Nanhou Street archway. There are tons of delicious food options, and it's a very lively area.
The room size is decent, breakfast was filling, the shower water was great, and the toiletries were good too. Housekeeping was prompt.
Downsides: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Out of our three rooms, one was directly facing the staircase at the end of the hallway (even though I specifically requested no rooms at the end of the corridor when booking). Another room had a broken bed, and the springs popped out and pinched my friend's leg. Both of these rooms were eventually changed for us. The third room was directly across from the elevator, facing the hallway, and right next to another room (the doors faced each other at a 90-degree angle). The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. The outdoor unit kept making noise all night, the people in the next room were singing until midnight, and we could even hear the 'ding-dong' of the elevator going up and down. All three rooms were reported to be incredibly noisy."

"The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, right next to Sanfang Qixiang, with a subway station right outside the door, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is great; the staff were very polite. I was woken up at night by a guest and a staff member who had the wrong room, and after a long day of travel, I was quite annoyed. However, the next day, they called to apologize and even gave me a souvenir, which made me feel a bit bad for being upset.
The downsides are that the cleanliness is quite poor. There were stains on the floor, hair on the bed, and water marks all over the sink. Also, the soundproofing is terrible. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of smoke when I checked in, which was disappointing.
Sometimes a hotel can really influence how long a traveler stays in a city. I had originally planned to spend two days in Fuzhou, but due to the cleanliness issues, I decided not to extend my stay and headed straight to Chaoshan instead. With such a sincere attitude, why can't they improve their hygiene? This is Atour, after all!!!"

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

The service was excellent, and they even offered intangible cultural heritage experiences, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The room was very bright and spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. You truly get what you pay for; it was indeed a very comfortable stay. It's worth mentioning that even though the hotel's breakfast was vegetarian, it was absolutely delicious 😋.

Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors served by an energetic and proud team. The complimentary late-night supper further demonstrated Atour's attentiveness to its guests' needs.
Just when we thought the service couldn't be more thoughtful, as we were about to leave, a staff member gently asked, ”Would you like a bottle of water for your journey?” 🥹 That simple gesture encapsulated the entire Atour experience: pure, unpretentious kindness.
The location is ideal, with a subway station just steps away, a supermarket across the street, the train station nearby, and a delicious Hakka restaurant right behind the hotel.
If I ever return to Fuzhou, I will definitely stay at Atour Hotel again. Special thanks to my local friend for recommending this hidden gem.

There are many restaurants nearby, and there's a parking lot, which is very convenient for those driving. The staff are enthusiastic, diligent, and responsible. Housekeeping is prompt, and they refresh the fruit and drinks daily. The room is spacious with a great view. Breakfast is plentiful, and the service staff always greet guests warmly, cleaning up promptly. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come back again.

The facilities are super new, and there are even disposable face towels in the washbasin, which is highly praised! Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! ! After we moved in, we asked Receptionist No. 1 to accompany the guests. The cat car was super nice and the brother Luoye Zhiqiu's attitude was also super, super nice! ! He always helped me to find the car and picked up the things we left at the B&B! ! ! The overall experience is great

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was well-equipped.
