"The two big bed rooms we stayed in, the experience was super good, the front desk staff was very good, the room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, because I went to the laundry room to wash clothes, I suddenly encountered a problem with the washing machine. The customer service manager accompanied the replacement of the laundry place throughout the whole process and patiently solved the laundry problem. "我晚上8點半去洗衣房洗衣服，洗之前還仔細看了牆上寫了很多字的告示牌，並沒有洗衣時間限制。15分鐘後開始烘乾，9點多估計着時間到了去取，發現烘乾機打不開，衣服拿不出來，打前台電話被告知9點自動停，不是他們能控制的，告知牌貼在高處綠植後面，讓我明天早上九點半再來拿衣服。我明天一早就要退房的。最終經過一番交涉，洗衣房一間小門內出來一個男的，爬到洗衣機上打開了後面的電源，我把衣服拿回房間晾乾了。事情是解決了，希望你們能把時間限制的牌子貼到更顯眼的地方。
