An Unforgettable Experience Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. We had a great relaxing time in this hotel while visiting the red stone national park and Furong Town. They picked-us up for free at the train station in a nice SUV, arranged a fair-priced transportation back and forth to the red stone national park and also offered free drop-off and pick-up at Furong ancient town. Our butler Binbin did his best to help and was very nice. The only things that disappointed us was the management of the facilities like the bar which had no AC turned on while it was more than 30 degrees, so it was basically a sauna...we would have loved to have a drink there enjoying the view. The restaurant is unfortunately very different from the dining room picture advertised (which is only used for breakfast and is also very hot during the day). We would expect to see someone around to serve and also a menu with some snacks at least. The pool, although beautiful and with a great view, has only one bed so not even a couple can really relax side by side...and again no service or anyone around to get some drinks or so. The breakfast is served rather early and only within a span of 1,5 h, from 8 to 09:30. Apart from this the hotel is located in a calm area where you can really relax just some minutes outside Furong town.

This is a high-end homestay with exquisite decoration, unique room layout, comfortable and warm, and good hygiene in every aspect of the room. You can see the entire Furong Town and Youshui River while lying on the bed. The boss and employees are very enthusiastic, helping us carry our luggage and providing free transportation to Furong Town for sightseeing. In short, it is worth choosing this homestay for this trip. I am very satisfied with the overall feeling. If I travel next time, I will stay at Shangxi Homestay again.

A very good homestay experience. The hotel is on the mountain on the banks of the Lishui River, a 17-minute drive from Furong Ancient Town. Even if you come back after watching the night view of Furong Town, it is very convenient. Compared with the lively in Furong Town, this mountain inn far from the smell of fireworks is more fresh and comfortable.

房間設施齊全，尤其是那高清投影，畫質清晰，音效也不錯。周邊景點豐富，距離夯吾苗寨、鳳棲湖景區、國家地質公園紅石林和中南第一大峽谷作龍峽車程都很短。高鐵站也就在附近，非常便捷。 衞生：新酒店衞生很好 環境：現場比圖片上看起來感覺好很多，老闆不太會拍照啊 服務：叫服務員多送一套洗漱用品，二話沒説就送過來了，前台小姐姐非常不錯。
