The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

After booking, I didn’t see the evaluation very well. I stayed in the mood to give it a try. I didn’t expect the sanitation, facilities and services to be very good. The little girl in the hotel lobby was very enthusiastic and recommended delicious and fun places for us. We also felt that it was a worthwhile trip. Time is limited and not fun. Decided to choose this hotel again 👍
