"房間設施和價格不匹配，房間內沒有桌椅，房間內電視看不了，服務生都是很理直氣壯的，我們這兒網不好，所以看不了，合著我們花大幾百來看你家酒店的電視是擺設啊？衞生間衹有盆浴，而且盆浴的淋嘴拉不出來，我們是去跑馬拉松的，根本沒辦法洗澡，最後就沒有洗，早上起來洗頭髮沒有熱水，頂着涼水洗了個頭發。中午跑完馬拉松回來一身汗，沒法洗澡，衹能洗臉洗頭，頭髮正吹到一半兒，整個酒店停電了，問服務生什麼情況，就輕飄飄的一句停電了。整個房間環境雖然看着還行，但一個床頭的插座壞的，問了酒店人員，説這個一直好着呢呀，也沒有客人反應，現在你反應了我們也才知道。。。。真的很無語，這樣的酒店能配的起五A旅遊景區？唯一讓我滿意的地方，是讓他們搬了個桌子和椅子，態度比較好。"
