"This is probably one of the best hotels in the area, and it's very conveniently located. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including hot and cold beverages and coffee. There are plenty of staff, and the bespectacled gentleman at the front desk was particularly helpful. He told us about some great local restaurants, and on the day we checked in, it was very foggy and humid. He kindly advised us to wear masks when going out to avoid inhaling too much moisture, which was very thoughtful. My only minor suggestion for the hotel is regarding the gym equipment on the second floor near the entrance. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Perhaps it could be moved to a different spot, as it was quite chilly checking in with the main doors wide open on such a day."

"The air conditioner was like the sound of a tractor. It was opened at 30 degrees for one night. The thermometer I brought was still 19 degrees. The parent-child room asked for mineral water, saying that I could give 2 bottles of free. The carpet is also very dirty, the quilt feels damp, and the sleep is cold. There is a large parking lot. Others really have no advantages. Breakfast seems to end at 9:30. Ask if there is a microwave oven, say no. Vienna has a microwave for more than 200 yuan."

"I booked this room during the blooming season, just like many other travelers who came to see the canola fields. The owners were incredibly warm and attentive. The guesthouse itself is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the room offered stunning views at an excellent value. The home-cooked meals served at the guesthouse were also delicious, hot, clean, and hygienic. The only minor downside was that the village was completely packed that night, with all rooms fully booked, which meant the hot water supply for showers was a bit slow."

"It is said that Luoping Xicheng Holiday Inn is one of the best hotels in the area, so I chose to stay here during the rapeseed flower viewing season. The decoration style of the hotel is very Chinese and freehand, and there are quite a few guests staying here.
The most worth mentioning is that the service here is particularly good. From the front desk to the restaurant to the guest rooms, every staff member is very kind and tries their best to provide the best service to the guests staying. The day I checked in coincided with my birthday, and the hotel front desk manager thoughtfully gave me local specialty honey as a birthday gift. grateful! "I arrived around 11:00 a.m. and they graciously let me check in. The shower room was comfortable with a separate shower stall, although the sink was a little small. The room and bedding were clean and comfortable. When I asked about chartering a car with a driver to go to Majie Village to see the rape blossoms, they did their best to research and make a suggestion. In the end, I didn't have a chauffeur because it might not be in full bloom yet, but they were really kind to us. Thank you, my stay in Luoping is a very good memory."

"The hotel is at the end of Duoyi River Scenic Area. The scenery is very good. You need to use a battery car to get in. It is the same company as the hotel in Jinji Peak Cluster, but due to different prices, the service is also different. We were the only family on the day we went. On the first day of work after the New Year, I don’t know whether the front desk was in a bad mood or because he was the boss and had a relatively cold attitude. It was in sharp contrast to the Jinji Fengcong Tent Hotel where I stayed the day before."

GGuest UserI wanted to see the sea, but I ended up seeing a sea of flowers. I was lucky enough to add the owner on WeChat at the Kunming book market last year. Looking at his WeChat Moments, I felt this was a cool and unique hostel, and the books he selected were also very distinctive. I'd been wanting to visit for a while, and on a whim, I came without prior notice. The first floor is a bookstore, the second floor is guest rooms, and the back is the hostel. Because I was traveling with family, we booked two rooms. The double rooms were very spacious and great value; my family loved them. Meeting the owner in person, he was very easygoing and friendly. In this small county town, he regularly eats at one or two delicious little shops and buys the most unpretentious chicken cakes. Wandering, freedom, music, unrestrained laughter—he finds harmony with the world in his own way. He said he was born in 1897, and the name of the shop is a number he likes, without any special meaning; he hopes the bookstore will grow freely and exist until the end of the universe. Such freedom and open-mindedness are truly enviable. His ”goodnight” to the guests warmed my heart. It's been a long time since I've traveled or written a review, and this has inadvertently turned into a jumbled mess. This time, time was too short to fully experience the excitement of '97. I'll need to keep an eye on my boss's WeChat Moments more often, and hopefully I'll have the chance to attend a music festival organized by Boca Juniors sometime.

HHuahongzhenguiOur primary goal was to visit Luoping's Jinji Fengcong (Golden Rooster Hills) and its vast rapeseed fields, so we meticulously chose and booked the highly-rated Xinyuan Dream Guesthouse on Ctrip, conveniently located within the scenic area. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our spacious view room offered direct views of Jinji Fengcong. After staying here, we realized that staying within the scenic area is absolutely the best choice, saving both time, effort, and money.
The guesthouse is run by a young, university-educated couple. The proprietress is a sweet, friendly, and charming young lady; her radiant smile is as captivating as the blooming rapeseed flowers themselves. They offer freshly prepared dishes and rice for all three meals, which are excellent value for money and taste wonderfully fresh and light. The owner even personally drove us to the scenic area entrance in his electric cart, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Right outside the guesthouse, there's a field of rapeseed flowers (Pic 2) where every casual snap turns into a stunning photo. Public transport is also conveniently accessible right outside the entrance. I've already recommended it to all my friends on social media who are planning a trip here!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are new, similar to the quality of a fast hotel. Clean and odorless. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient and quiet. The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!

The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!
