"Overall exceeding expectations!
-The location is in the middle of the old and new city, it is very convenient to visit relatives and friends.
-The facilities are really new, the room has almost no decoration smell except the wardrobe, and the whole is acceptable; the basic bed room also has a bathtub. Shading is good.
- The service is very good and the water is cleaned in time. The front desk Xiaoyan contacted me was more timely.
-Breakfast is very good, many Mengcheng specialty snacks, the holiday delay to 10:00 is more humane. Wake up early for one night sa soup is too cool
Disadvantages:
- The gym and swimming pool are not open, and the five-star positioning is not matched;
-The water used is relatively poor, the township has just been established in 23 years to supply, at a glance ****; toothpaste can be squeezed once and a half, and the quality drops the price.
- The soundproofing was OK a few nights before, and I watched TV normally on the last night. The front desk reminded me that the sound was too loud. I think this is a problem with the hotel's own sound insulation. But the overall sleep sense is very good, and the side of the road is relatively quiet (I wear earplugs daily)."

"Environment: Very good, I didn't expect that there is such a beautiful hotel in this small city of Mengcheng, which is more suitable for a day's rest.
Facilities: relatively new.
Hygiene: The main problem is the bathtub. If you want to do a high-end hotel, you can either provide a bathtub bag or disinfect it in person when the customer checks in. It was too late, and there was more dust in the bathtub and there was hair, so I had to clean it myself.
Service: I didn't stay too long, so there is no sense of experience, but the interior of the hotel is a garden style, so it is more detour."

This store is the most satisfying, thoughtful, clean and humane. Especially friendly to our business trip party. The bedding linen environment decoration and so on are particularly good! The front desk service is also very attentive! I will designate it here later!

When I checked in, I casually asked how to get to Bengbu High-speed Railway Station tomorrow morning easily. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me reserve a car and picked me up at the hotel door and delivered me to the high-speed railway station. He said he would call the hotel the next time he came to Mengcheng and arrange a car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station. The service is nothing to say.
Facilities: Nothing wrong, very comfortable, good air conditioning, dual TV systems, both live TV and online TV.
Environment: There is Luckin Coffee opposite the hotel. I didn’t expect it. It’s good news for people on business trips.

AAnonymous User位置和前台服務挺好的，衞生也不錯。但是服務員可以讓客房經理培訓一下了。早晨退房時衹是問服務員要兩雙隨身可以攜帶的一次性拖鞋，我自己隨手拿了兩雙，出於禮貌和服務員説了一聲。沒想到直接給我拿掉一雙，説我們有監控看到不行。我想問問如果我不退房打電話給前台讓服務員送兩雙拖鞋，難道不給嗎？我也知道服務員累，不容易。但是服務確實需要開會時培訓一下。
