帶着滿滿的期待再次入住錦雅，也帶着滿滿的失望提前離開酒店。先説優點，錦雅緊臨漢江和沔水灣廣場，地理位置得天獨厚，尤其是窗外景緻真是心曠神怡，不論白天還是晚上。而且套房面積大，兩個衞浴也是非常方便，但是即使如此多的優點也不能讓我們按原計劃住下去：1.客房打掃不到位，剛進房間就看見桌面上的飲料漬，還有地面上的部分黑點（不是地毯，當然地毯更不乾淨），還有沙發縫隙沒有收拾的吸管，碰出來時別提多噁心；2.設施部分損壞不及時維護，沙發上的香煙洞，鎖門的安全鎖形同虛設，14樓電視不能用不及時維修；3.不知道是什麼關係，前台服務始終不能表現出親切，與勉縣其他酒店相比（H酒店，萬豪酒店，包括民宿青舍，我可沒有對比其他一線大城市）；4.房間有蟲子，床上看見一衹螞蟻，不知道是偶然還是很多，這也是壓倒我們最後一根稻草，果斷退房。
説了這麼多不全是為了抱怨，當然是真憋不住了，還有就是希望酒店重視一下您的客房部分，因為對於來勉縣遊玩的人來説，我們更希望酒店越來越好，這樣我們選擇也會更多，對勉縣的嚮往也會更期待。

The hotel opened in 2017 and I stayed there in 2018 and 2019. The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. You can register your license plate number when you check in and park for free. There are supermarkets and many hot pot restaurants around. It's a ten-minute drive from Zhuge Ancient Town and a ten-minute walk to the popular Jiefang North Road Night Market Street.
The first few times I stayed, the experience was pretty good. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The breakfast buffet is pretty good!
The only thing is that the soundproofing where I stayed this time was not good. In the room next to it, a group of people were chatting last night from ten o'clock in the evening until after one o'clock. It was very noisy! There were also people talking loudly in the corridor. It makes people speechless when meeting someone with low quality!

The environment is good, the service number, the meal is delicious, it is a little, we have eaten at the hotel, only to know that Zhuge Ancient Town has activities and various performances since 17 o'clock, but we chose to eat at the hotel at this time, all the performances did not catch up, the first time, the Raiders did not do well, I don't know, I said how the restaurant is our family.
However, the hotel environment is good, the food is delicious, the ancient town is a snack, for us, may not be used to eating, so there are advantages and disadvantages.

帶着孩子入住的，酒店環境整體不錯，很乾凈，下午出去玩的時候告訴前台需要洗衣服，沒想到回來已經洗好放房間了，很高效👍👍早上用早餐時，一位非常細心的小姐姐，一直很關注菜品的温度，有小孩子的時候，對孩子格外關照，很注重安全。另外還有前台的幾位小姐姐，態度超級好，熱心又高效，很滿意😉非常不錯的酒店哦！

A small county in Hanzhong is very rich. The city is very comfortable. The air is moist and warm. The hotel is not too fast. The room is quiet and the linen is clean. There are two parking lots. Parking is convenient. There is breakfast. I will stay at this hotel next time.

We came from Xi'an high-speed rail, the store's free high-speed rail station pick-up, so much like this service. The store also upgraded our parent-child room for free, with a big terrace, and the children were so happy. The scenery is super beautiful, the photos are blockbuster, and I got up early the next morning and watched the sunrise. The food is delicious, all fresh vegetables grown in the ground. There are also a few cute dogs, the children love it, and played all afternoon.

The front desk clerk was bad and arrogant! The room is OK, but the noise is very loud, it is estimated that it is an air conditioner. There is also a slow round in the morning, and the car stops at the intersection, which is very inconvenient! The backward thing is that the deposit paid by WeChat can't return the same way, and the squat can wait for the round to be completed and pay manually. The attitude of the uncle security guard is worthy of praise!

GGuest UserFacilities: The theme single room is really ”single”. Even if the bathtub is in the room, the toilet does not have a bathroom, just in the room... Even if you live alone, you don't want to stink yourself, right? The first pot of hot water in the kettle was poured into the sink basin, the sewer pipe fell directly, and the water overflowed all the way to the bedside 🙈 In addition, don't believe that the hotel has charging piles! The charging pile is a public parking lot in the ancient town scenic spot, very close to the hotel, but! Fast charging and slow charging can't be used! The staff of the power grid said that the power was cut off in the scenic spot. The front desk said that it was not clear that the charging pile could not be used, and I doubted this expression! The charging pile cannot be used for a day or two. The hotel should remove the charging pile in the ”facilities” and do not mislead the guests. I'm just screening hotels that have charging piles.
Hygiene: It matches the positioning of the hotel, and it is OK, not too high. However, it can be seen in the details of the placement of sanitary tools at the stairwell that the hotel's sanitary standards are not high.
Environment: The small courtyard has a special atmosphere, but the external environment is general. The sandy parking lot of the scenic spot makes the outside of the hotel look very deserted.
Service: insufficient staff should be the main reason for the lack of service; But the training of the service staff is indeed very lacking. I am tired of taking the children to the store in the evening. The staff is not the first time to greet the new guests, but choose to finish the work on the second floor first. After three minutes, go down to the first floor and collect the payment of the mahjong guests. Still waiting for the guests to check in... The next day, I couldn't find anyone at the front desk. I found two aunts in the restaurant to help and called the staff. So, I call it ”no service”, I hope you don't feel wronged.
