Very good experience, first say that the location is located in Pingle County, the tail section of the Lijiang River in Guilin, not commercial at all, not too comfortable compared to Yangshuo West Street. Xiaowei is very enthusiastic, helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance, the hotel is very comfortable, quiet, and the environment is beautiful. There are many farms nearby, and we ate a good dinner 👍 In short, it is a very recommended! It is really more comfortable than going to Yangshuo.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The staff is very attentive and the owner is super friendly and willing to show you around the area. You can visit the island across the river, do a boat tour, or take a bike and explore the mountains nearby. The food is delicious and the sunsets don’t get more beautiful than you will witness here. In addition to that, they have a nice tv-system where you can watch movies (some also in English). 100% recommend if you are looking for peace and beautiful scenery.

The room is spacious, bright, clean, tidy and hygienic! The facilities are complete and very practical. It comes with 4 bottles of the hotel's exclusive mineral water, which is very sweet. There are many restaurants and shopping malls near the bottom of the building. There is a free parking lot on the first underground floor, and the transportation is very convenient.

I found a double bed room on Ctrip that checked out from early morning to morning, but there was no room with a double bed available! After arriving, I expressed the hope that the front desk could change to a double bed room, but was rejected by the front desk, and I needed to add 50 yuan to change the room. Facilities: complete supporting facilities, swimming pool, indoor bathtub, parking is only next to the entrance, it seems that there is an underground parking lot, but it is not open! Hygiene: very clean Environment: The interior is decorated in a garden-style hotel, it looks like a palace to live in, and the surrounding environment outside the hotel is average, not clean! Service: There are not many service personnel, and there is only one front desk on duty. The cleaning lady helps to carry luggage, maybe it's because of the holiday!

酒店房間和平台上描述基本一致，我們住的是盡頭的房間，牆上和牀頭櫃有一塊發黴的痕跡，衞生和服務可以説還好！但是最不滿意的是盡頭房間挨着隔壁的KTV，晚上吵得睡不着，一直到半夜兩點多三點才安靜，房間的空調聲音也很大。聯繫客服沒人回覆，不懂是不是半夜沒人值班，打總枱電話也不通！一個晚上沒怎麼睡到！
