"We checked in quite late, around 1:30 am, and front desk staff was kindly waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking no more than 2–3 minutes. The room itself was comfortable and carried a very traditional, distinctive vibe, which added to the overall charm of the place.
That said, there were a few small shortcomings: we had booked for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two. The room also lacked a mini fridge/mini bar and basic toiletries like soap. For breakfast, due to our dietary restrictions, we opted for boiled eggs, which worked well since we had brought additional food with us.
Overall, despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere and kind staff."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Swan Castle B&B in Tianzhushan! The location is superb, right next to the Tea Plantation Tourist Center, making it incredibly convenient to get around with just a three-to-five-minute walk. Among the many B&Bs in the area, this one truly stands out.
Parking was a breeze for our self-driving trip. We arrived quite late, past 11 PM, but the owner was super helpful, arranging a temporary parking spot for us and kindly informing us that we could use the free P1 parking lot next door the next day. The service was incredibly thoughtful.
Our two-night stay included breakfast for two, and the owner even offered an extra breakfast free of charge, which was a lovely and considerate touch. The B&B's overall environment was clean and tidy, and the comfort level was top-notch. What impressed me most was the excellent water pressure and strong flow in the bathroom – it made for a really comfortable stay.
When we checked out and were heading home, the owner even accompanied us to the parking lot to help with the free parking procedures, showing thoughtfulness in every detail.
The next time I visit Tianzhushan, I will definitely choose this place again! I also sincerely recommend it to friends and family traveling together. The service is attentive, full of thoughtful details, and the stay was absolutely perfect!"

"The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to the Tianzhu Mountain cableway. It can be seen that the boss is very careful to make a homestay. The bathroom facilities are better, including the bedding quilt. The father who received us should be the boss's father. It's very honest. I asked him if the food at your homestay was delicious. He said it was not what I said, but what you said. The result was really delicious. It's better than what I went to the scenic restaurant to eat later. The miscellaneous fish pot sauce is delicious, the potato shreds are very homely and delicious, and there is a tomato scrambled egg that is also very good. The more interesting thing is that the boss is knocking on the door to ask us to eat. It feels like my parents are calling you to eat at home. "The overall environment of the famous hotel is very good. In the scenic area, it is very close to the Tianzhu Mountain Dalongwo cableway.
If you drive by car, you have to continue to open in the South Gate Visitor Center. It is best to contact the store in advance.
The uncles and aunts of the famous hotels are warm and meticulous. It really feels like home.
This time I took my parents to Tianzhu Mountain. My mother was suddenly uncomfortable. The store was very concerned about sending brown sugar water to help contact the doctor. Before leaving, I also took the initiative to send ginger slices to prevent vomiting on the mountain road, and I felt the real simplicity of care. There is no upper limit on hardware facilities and equipment, but the real feeling is incomparable.

"The homestay is 2km away from the scenic spot. It is super convenient to turn a few turns. You can bypass the checkpoint of the south gate and park the car directly to the Dalongwo cableway parking lot. The beautiful shopkeeper’s sister turned on the floor heating and air conditioning in advance. She was very enthusiastic and busy. The room was also very beautiful and design. She brought a kitten to stay. She felt very happy to see him running around. The small shop near the hotel can buy fireworks. I had a very happy year. ☺️"

"The name of Tianzhu Mountain Tianxian Boutique Hotel attracted me. I looked at the rating and booked this hotel. After I checked in, I found that the hotel was really good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the service was warm. We lived on the 12th floor and had a good view. You can see the distant mountains and Tianzhu Peak. The hotel is very close to the Hui restaurant and convenient for dining!"

The environment has nothing to say, very quiet and green, and you can overlook Tianzhu Mountain. The entrance to the canyon is not far from the entrance of the hotel. The tea village visitor center in Tianzhu Mountain is more than ten minutes walk away. The decoration and environment of the hotel are very good and the atmosphere is full. The owner and staff are also very attentive, and you can also pick up and drop off to the visitor center for free. I will come back for a vacation and relax when I have a chance."

The room layout was spacious and airy, the room itself was clean and felt safe, and the facilities were easy to use. Both the seniors and children were very comfortable. The soundproofing was good, so the environment was quiet, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, plus transportation was easy. Overall, it was a perfect experience."

GGuest UserWhen I arrived, I found that there were many B&Bs at the foot of Tianzhu Mountain. I booked them online in advance, so I had no reference. My room cost nearly 500 a night and it was clean. I booked Youlong, which has a large terrace, but the lights in the corridor were too bright at night. When you return to the room from the large glass door on the terrace without curtains, it will greatly affect your sleep. It is recommended to install curtains (first picture). The aunt at the B&B is very enthusiastic and the soy milk she cooked for breakfast is delicious.

I’ve stay in qianshan and tianzhushan area for 14 days. This is the best place out of all I have lodged. Staying there for 4 days to visit tianzhushan area. The host is a friendly and generous person. Not only that he take care of me, worry for me, he also send me to all the attractions without any charges where transporters will charge you for a hike up. He worried for me overspend although I am able to and he realised in the end. He tried to get me the best price for all the attractions. A very kind and friendly person. The renovation and cleanliness for this place is fabulous. The scenery from the balcony is the best in tianxianxia too. Directly facing tianzhushan. I very recommend this place people. I thank the host for taking care of me.

The room was large and quiet, newly renovated, with a Tmall Genie, a large TV, a comfortable mattress, no odor in the bathroom, and disposable toilet seat covers. The details were very thoughtful. It's only a few hundred meters to the Tianzhushan Visitor Center. I would stay here again next time.

Their location is good. I believe it’s in the Central Area. I’m able to walk to the central mall from the hotel. Also the attraction points are only nearby. The facilities may be a little old but they are already the better ones you can find there. Cleanliness and services are good as well. Front desk are helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place if you are exploring the city.

The room was very clean and the owner was very welcoming. The food was reasonably priced and tasted good. We came with friends, and the scenery of Tianzhu Mountain was beautiful. The price was reasonable, so we would definitely come back to this place again and recommend it to our friends.

GGuest UserA nice little hotel near the Dalongwo Cableway. The rooms were clean, had all of the accessories (e.g. toothbrush, shower gel, hairdryer, etc.). The towels were tiny, but that’s the least thing you worry about in the mountains. The air conditioning was alright though it spontaneously turned off during the night, but the temperature was bearable with the windows open.
The hosts were the most hospitable people ever, they waited for our late arrival, cooked dinner, early breakfast (tasty homemade dishes for a reasonable price of a such a touristy place), and even gave us a ride to the cableway.
Perfect for a night before the ascend to Tianzhu!
