酒店位置方便，有酒店的停車場。需要提示，開車進酒店必須從右轉車道進入，不然就是越過實線進入酒店。早餐還可以。 需要提一下，麗楓酒店是我們外出旅遊首選的酒店品牌之一。這次到七台河，在攜程上看到麗楓酒店七台河市客運站店的圖和文的介紹，預訂了比較喜歡有沙發的客房。但是，進房間後發現並沒有沙發，與預訂的房間不一致。與前台服務員溝通，沒料到這位前台女服務員是個火暴之人，在一陣交涉後，竟説自己出錢為客户升級有沙發的客房。明明是客户預訂有沙發的客房，卻被前台忽悠成給客户升級客房。還好在爭議過程中，該店經理出場了，態度誠懇，希望客户給予諒解。 我們在偏遠的新疆入住麗楓酒店也未曾遇到這類事。客户選擇你店，是給你們送錢來的。如果這個道理都搞不清楚，那還有誰給你們送錢。該店確實需要對前台接待人員嚴格管理，杜絕類似事件再次發生。説句實話，如果不是該店經理的誠懇態度，必須對前台服務質量一個差評的回擊。
