But today 14/11-15/11 I met a receptionist who was very poor. As soon as I told her that the hotel would get her the return card, she looked at it and said that your ID was fake. The ID card could only be used. I explained that Hong Kong is using this kind of ID. This is our identity on the mainland 🆔. She said that she couldn't do it, and I went on to ask why the person did it the day before yesterday. You can't do it! Can you ask other colleagues to help, she said that there are no other colleagues, I am alone here, I said that I can't do it, you can retreat. The attitude is very bad.
