The service of this hotel is so good. We came from the south to travel and had barbecue in the evening. Maybe it was due to the hygiene problem of the open roadside, the old man started vomiting and diarrhea at 12:00 in the evening. In less than 5 minutes, their manager came to our door in person to ask about our concern and made us feel very comfortable. The manager is also from the mainland. It was too late and he didn’t want to go to the hospital. As a result, they drove out in person to buy anti-diarrhea and stomach medicine for us without asking for money. It was so heartwarming. When we checked out in the morning, we saw the manager fill a pot of boiling water for our old man. With such service, it’s hard to worry about bad business. 6月初去的時候正趕上下大雨，開車去西極的前一天還打電話到酒店確認了當地天氣情況。幸運的是，當我們開車到酒店時雨停了，但氣温還是比較低的，前台小哥哥很貼心的給我們準備了取暖器和電熱毯。休息過後出發開車去西極石碑，出發前老闆娘給我們看了晚餐菜單，讓我們點好菜在玩好返回時電話通知一下，這樣回到酒店就能吃上現炒的菜了。晚餐簡單兩菜一湯和米飯，菜燒的味道也都不錯。服務好，房間也乾淨，就在政府大院裏也安全，車就停在院子裏，站在房間床前就能看見。總體來説温馨的家的感覺。推薦。
